Absolutely love the black matte bowl that Gary has lovingly made for my daughter's wedding gift. Featuring the song they will be sung in to their ceremony with by their friends. A circular bowl for a full circle moment. Dealing with Gary was the easiest experience possible. He is a true professional and craftsman and a lovely helpful man! Buy one you won't be disappointed! What a brilliant gift to give someone! I wanted to buy a gift for a friend and songwriter. I sent the Lyrics of one of his songs to Minor Key, and Gary transcribed them perfectly. I simply can’t wait to give the bowl to them on their birthday. Gary is extremely talented. Gary made a gorgeous lyric bowl for my wife's birthday a few years ago and she absolutely loved it. So as we approached our ninth wedding anniversary (pottery) there was no question that I would go back to Gary again, the only question was which song? I purchased a beautiful cream gloss bowl for my niece for her wedding shower. The artist carved her wedding song inside the bowl and was kind enough to personalize the underneath with the names of the bride and groom and their wedding date. It is a special gift and I'm sure they will treasure it for many years. The artist is kind and thoughtful and very communicative. I highly recommend him! :)

I purchased two Lyric Bowls as both my sisters had special wedding anniversaries this year. One had been married 20yrs and the other 30yrs, so I wanted a unique gift for them to remember their special day.
Choosing the lyrics from their first dance, I chose one in matt black and the other in cream gloss.
Both bowls are unique and beautiful and made the perfect bespoke anniversary gift.

Having seen Gary’s work on display at Aylesford Priory I was immediately impressed with the beauty and quality of his work. I sent a request for a piece of my own poetry to be inscribed on a bowl for my daughter’s wedding and I was blown away when Gary gave me the finished product. The poem was read at the wedding as part of the ceremony and I can’t wait to see my daughter’s face when she sees it reproduced so cleverly. A lovely way to preserve memories of a wonderful event.
