My mum ordered me a coat on the 17th of December. Money was taken from her account 18th and still not received the coat. It’s now the 29th!

I ordered a coat from minnys on 17 Dec…
I ordered a coat from minnys on 17 Dec and received a confirmation text link saying I will get a text saying when it is despatched. There website states despatch of goods usually 48 hours, delivery in 4 working days. Now 29 Dec not heard anything from them despite me sending three emails and me sending three messages on their contact us page. Still not heard from them. Money taken from my account on 18 Dec.
