I bought my bracelet 7 months ago trough sweatcoin and still have not recived anything. I’ve tried to contact the support many times but haven’t heard anything. Will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

I ordered a bracelet, and it’s been a month and they are giving no updates on it, and every time i try to send them a mail they are just reply by saying we will come back at u in 2-3 working days, and they don’t!!!!

I ordered on the 5th of February with all the VIP shenanigans that they promoted to receive it by Valentine's Day today is the 7th of March and I have not received any updates, even though I am sending them emails regularly with no answer.

i looked into them a bit, it is a UK based i company! does anyone know a better way to contact them?

I ordered two bracelets one silver and one gold. The order came in 3 WEEKS although it said 4-7 business days. The quality aint worth the money and i contacted the company through email 3 times and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I think it is a dropshipping firm and they mark up the prices like crazy!!!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I started to write them emails every day, because there is no other way to reach them, no respond.

I ordered a bracelet set two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten an email about it being shipped out,I tried customer support and they still haven’t answered,I want my money back if it don’t ship any faster.
Update: They responded saying it’s shipped and i’ll get and update email four days ago and they still having gave me an update, starting to wonder if it’s a scam.Its been a whole month now

I bought 3 rings from him, worth $250, and after 3 months, I have not received the product. When I sent them by mail, they informed me that the shipment had left their headquarters and was heading to my country in Saudi Arabia. After much trouble, I discovered that my order went to a wrong address, which is the UAE, noting that I mentioned my address. In detail in Saudi Arabia, and until now, I want them to correct their mistake, but they do not respond via e-mail. They are thieves. In fact, they received the amount, and I did not receive my order, and they do not answer my messages.

Ordered both a bracelet and a necklace, with different engravings for my mum and sister. Both items arrived with the same engraving. I emailed them immediately, with no response. After 2 further emails, I have still heard nothing back. Won't be ordering from them again.

I used Sweatcoins to get 50% off my order so I bought x2 bracelets and one necklace. The order process was easy (the most difficult part was finding my coordinates) and I paid for the gift box and fast delivery. After reading reviews I didn't expect it to arrive any time soon however 8 days later it arrived!! I really love the items however the silver of the bracelets and necklace are NOT the same. The bracelets are a brushed steel and the necklace looks like normal silver. Not an issue for me but may be for others.
The only annoying thing is online they have black jewellery in the pics but you can't actually buy these. Otherwise I'm really happy.

Quick delivery considering it was engraved and very happy as was a gift for my girlfriend who was very pleased with it!

I ordered a custom engraved rose gold necklace on October 31st, payed extra for the VIP box and handling hoping it would get here quickly, but instead I got no info from Minnen and I had to try to track it myself. When I did, the USPS tracking number they gave me didn’t work and when it finally did it said that my package was in California. I reached out to the company hoping to get more info on the shopping only to get ignored for days. When they finally did respond it basically said that I needed to wait. I finally got my necklace, ON DECEMBER 20!!! The VIP said it would take 5-7 business days!!! To make it even worse, when I opened it up there was no engraving on it at all. I wasted my money, tike, and effort on a stupid necklace that came over a month late, without tracking, and unengraved.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, they have horrific customer service, the only thing they do well is ruin birthdays.

In addition to bad shipping and a long wait, I received the wrong order. They sent to the wrong address and it cost an extraordinary amount. I order a bracelet and got a necklace

I got my product delirvered near me at a fair price.

Ordered twice and they are amazing took about two weeks to get here but they are stunning ❤️
