Very Quick Response. I have been using MiniTool Partition for a really long time and finally purchased it in February to get the full version. My SSD cratered and I couldn't find my key in an email. I did, however find my receipt. I messaged online and had my key in less than 4 minutes.

I have been working with MiniTool Partition Wizard for many years. The program has everything you need to maintain and service hard drives. The support team is also very customer-oriented, friendly, fast, and interested in satisfying customers.

The software is easy to use, and the helpdesk prompt to help with problems.

Over the last 30 years I have purchased and tried many of these tools. Mini Tools Partition Wizard is by far the best and easiest to use that I have encountered. It is well worth the subscription price and their customer support is fantastic!

I have been using Partition Wizard for years. They have a great product and great customer service. They quickly responded to my email with in minutes and they were able to help me with my lifetime license transfer from my outdated computer to my new computer. long wait to scan the device just to make you feel you lost a lot of time when finally you're recovering your files, the "change to pro version to continue" will appear to milk your dollars...

I use Minitool Partition Wizard Ultimate and ShadowMaker Ultimate. With both bundles you can handle all problems related to storage mediums.
The support service reacts very fast and reliably.
All in all the Minitool software bundles are very helpful and useful and can be definitely recommended.

I've been using MiniTool Partition Manager for several years. Easy to understand and use the product. IYKYK. Had my first issue (licensing, not technical) and wrote email to support. They responded and solved my issue in hours!

I recently upgraded my PC with new hardware to support Windows 11, and ran into a registration issue with my Partition Wizard license. I emailed mini tool tech support and to my surprise I received a reply within minutes. The Support tech was very helpful, and I was able to complete the install. I love the product, and the support provided so timely was very appreciated. I would highly recommend MiniTool products.

I just received a GREAT gift! I lost my MAIN win10 machine about 2 years ago with all the registration data on it. I had other machines and kept using them, but I never put the Partition Wizard by Minitool on them. I considered it a great loss when I saw that a comparable version, today, costs $100.00. The version I had afforded me lifetime upgrades and I was shocked to realize having to buy new again.

So, I went to the site today, having just picked up my brand new win11 HP laptop and the chat window opened up. I explained all this to the agent hoping they could search their records and let me ressurrect the program on my new machine. Well, within 15 seconds, I received a url for the exe file AND my original license to re-register it. It is UP and RUNNING and I saved $100.00! ! !

Now, THAT'S SERVICE! ! !

I have a 5 user license and had to do a OS reinstallation. I could not activate the software because all my licenses were being used. I contacted Support via email and they were able to free up the license that was still attached to the computer that had to be reinstalled. They got back to me in a few hours and were very helpful. Thanks to the team.
