Worst customer service. Following up from weeks for refund but noone responds

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! nothing like what is advertised at all, cheap, no detail, nothing like the picture shown. Waste of money and the customer service is shocking. Do not give refunds just offer a cash voucher for website but as if you'd buy anything else. Silly me didn't loon at reviews beforehand

Ordered dress for my granddaughter,
1.took over a month to come
2.kept having to chase order
3. When it arrived nothing like what was advertised,cheap,nasty material,poorly made,disgusting fit for the bin,
4.life lesson learnt,major SCAM

It will spamm your e-mail and there is no way to stop the e-mails from coming. Very aggressive.

I ordered three dresses from this company on July 11th, received one update to say it was being dispatched and then nothing else. After 4 weeks of tracking info not moving (I gave extra time as saw it was coming from China), I chased the company and was told my order was lost at the airport. They were going to send me out a new order at no extra shipping costs. Fine. Order arrived 15th August, with only two out of three dresses. The quality is not good, cheap feeling polyester, semi decent appliqué on one dress at least. Just as well will only last one holiday, all they will be able to be used for now the summer is nearly over! Give it a swerve.

They are absolutely cheating the customers. I advise you all don’t waste your money and time to order these products from them. You never won’t get what you have seen in the picture. Because very cheap of material and lowest quality of making. it’s a scam. Don’t trust on website pictures and fell in their scam marketing strategy.

Total Scam. What they show you get vs what you get are totally different. Then you have to pay to return to China at your own cost and never get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM MINI TAYLOR!!!!

Scammy and sleezy company through and through. I ordered a few dresses for an event for my nieces and a month after ordering they had still not shipped so I tried to cancel the order as they won’t arrive by the time I need them. Customer support lied and tried to gaslight me stating the order couldn’t be cancelled because it had been shipped. When I attached the shipping updates showing that was not true, they created shipping so it would update and sent me a new email stating that it couldn’t be cancelled because it had already been shipped. When I provided time stamped emails asking for the cancellation and shipping updates showing that they are after my request it’s been radio silence. I’m not even sure I’ll even get the dresses they probably took the money and ran.

I ordered two dresses for my daughters and they were nothing like the ones on the website. I’d compare what was delivered to the quality / style of dress you’d expect from a cheap fancy dress shop. Do NOT purchase anything from this company

SCAM WEBSITE. Take your money, then tell you the items were lost in the post and don't refund you.

Quality not good - I ordered 3 dresses, one of which never arrived and one of which is horrible material and doesn’t fit - only one of them is okay. Tried to return the horrible dress that doesn’t fit and told I’d have to pay postage to China. Feels like a con - don’t buy from them!! There are plenty of other places that offer free returns and use proper quality fabric.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The dresses I received are not the same, they are cheap thin see through polyester material, cheap looking trim and a PRINT instead of actual appliqué and embroidery like the photo

The dress is not as pictured. Thank god I ordered in ‘sale’ and not at what was quoted as full price.

The dress on the website / instagram is embroidered but what’s arrived is a cheap printed one. I’ll never buy from here again.

Scam. AI photos with terrible products. Ordered 2 dresses and a jumper, only 2 terrible dresses that look nothing like the pictures arrived. ‘Refund policy’ is send back at your own expense - having been scammed there is no way I’d risk that.

I ordered two dresses but only received one. I tried to request a refund, but it wasn’t possible—and there’s no way to reach customer service. Extremely frustrating experience. Avoid this seller. Instagram should block their ads to protect other customers.

Don’t recommend at all. Nothing like the pictures, poor quality and false advertising. You have to pay to return it. Extremely long wait for deliver. Cheap version of what’s in the pictures

I had ordered a dress for my daughters birthday party in 2nd week of May, I didn't received it till last week on June. When I contact their customer care, They said the parcel is misplaced by Company, You can order something else, I requested a refund and I received refund in last week of July.
I mean I was keep chasing them from May to July.
Highly Unsatisfied , very disappointed.
