The topic was quiet interesting
The topic was quiet interesting and I saw the buttons, where to find it. Unfortunately the training was not intented to use Minitab with an example on the own computer.

I have worked with Minitab for a couple…
I have worked with Minitab for a couple of years now and knew some of the features that were covered. I did learn about some of the other functions that the software has to offer and some things to improve analysis better and easier.

Code expired; couldn't open MiniTap
I downloaded software, a code was given and it didn't work. it said too much time had elapsed. there wasn't a clear way to fix or get new code, no one to call, had to send email ugh. still haven't had time to resolve this.

The renewal process was a bit of a pain…
The renewal process was a bit of a pain because our subscription expired, and I had to jump through a few hoops to renew our subscription. I felt there should have been an option to renew when I tried to log on, but I couldn't even log on because it has expired. Once I got a hold of someone the process went a lot smoother.
