Have a folder to hold most of ministry essentials. One thing I wish it had is a pocket to hold car key and phone. As is is still great. Great quality.

Ok product. Ridiculous shipping time.
The reason I ordered what I did was because the pictures show a zipper on the magazine pouch and I live on the Oregon Coast, which is very rainy. I wanted to have the added protection of the zipper for magazines and my iPad. The product has no zipper. I also ordered the pen/stylus/highlighter and the stylus doesn't work at all on my iPad, and only about 25% of the time on my phone. This is all in addition to the fact that it took three and a half weeks to receive my order, which is honestly the thing I was most disappointed about. I wish I had ordered from someone else. The products were just okay, and with nearly a month to arrive, I just wasn't thrilled with my purchase. I won't order from them again.

We're sorry that you found the shipping time to be a little slow. We ship from Ecuador, which is where the Company owners are serving. So it takes a bit longer than local shipping within the USA.
Good Item but Posting Was Not Good
First of all the folder is really good, the leather is of good quality and I'm happy with it and looking forward to giving it as a present to my friend.
However, I ordered it to the UK and the postage was awful. I paid for postage, accepting that it would take an amazingly long time for me to receive it and paid the expensive postage from MinistryIdeaz so I was amazed when I got a note through my door telling me that I had to pay more for Customs! As I recall this was not told to me that I may have to pay more when I made the purchase.
So yes, it is a very nice product and I would willingly buy it again however I won't be because of the hassle that I've had with the postage. This may be a one off problem or just because I live in the UK but that was my experience.

Unfortunately, we have no control over import taxes, as this is up to each country's customs policies. However, customs rarely tax or charge duty on our products (maybe once in 500 orders).
We ship out of Ecuador, and since we are exporting, we DO NOT charge either the normal 12% Ecuadorian VAT tax. Nor do we charge you for the tax from your country. So you're saving $$ there.
If you did end up being charged import taxes we would like to offer you a gift certificate to cover 1/2 of the taxes you are charged. Please forward a scan of the receipt showing what you had to pay and we will take it from there.

High quality items, and fast shipping - totally worth it!
We purchased 2 of the "MAGAZINE AND TRACT DISPLAY FOLIO" in leather (Product Code: WT2B). The leather feels great, it'll withstand opening and closing for years to come. The magazines and tracts slide in and out easily - the slots have extra room for movement. In the "magazine" size slots - one side I keep magazines and the other side I keep 2 books side by side. It all fits perfectly!
When we purchased our folders we were heading out for a trip, so we chose the extra fast shipping to make sure we had it in time. It is expensive and it was totally worth it, they came in plenty of time for our trip.

Miscellaneous Items
Loved the notebooks I ordered for the convention. Each page had a space for the speaker's name, title of the talk, time it would be given, etc. Very handy. However, the bookmarks I ordered for the Bible study didn't have the weeks listed on them. I apparently was supposed to write the scheduled Bible reading each week on them. They were a disappointment. Very happy with the Bible cover also, although it was $5 more than was indicated on line. It was a 50 percent off item, but I didn't complain about that because it was a really nice cover and I was glad that I had ordered it.

The bookmarks cannot have the schedule written in for you because we don't receive it ahead of time. We get the schedule monthly in our Workbooks. The covers that were $5 less were for the pocket size Bible not the regular size Bible. Please let us know if the covers that you received were the correct ones.
