Always great products, great customer service. I love that they always put a handwritten card in with the order and also include a coupon code for my next order. I really love their covers and portfolios, look beautiful and are very sturdy. Best touch is the Tetragrammaton.

Not very customer friendly
I was unable to return unused merchandise, which I still have, and I was not given a free offer for the month, June, 2016, because the offer was made the week after my order was placed even though it was the offer for the month.

The reason that you didn't receive the June freebie was because neither the product or coupon code for the freebie were in your order. The coupon instruction explain that in order to receive the free item, both of those things must be done.
