Minisplits4less is a truly exceptional…

Minisplits4less is a truly exceptional company to work with - the entire order and delivery was superb and actually the equipment was delivered several days ahead of schedule. In addition, the delivery driver was very careful in handling the equipment and assisted with placing the boxes in exact location. For all your order needs I would highly recommend you contact Jenny from Minisplits4less 305-885-6667 ext 375. Jenny is highly knowledgeable and simply the best when it come to customer service.

Scam Company, Refuses Returns, Ignores Customers

Minisplits4Less is ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES that I’ve ever dealt with. They flat-out REFUSED to accept a return on a brand-new unit that was never opened, never touched, still in perfect condition. We even said we would cover the costs ourselves for returning it, and instead of showing a shred of honesty, they completely ignored us, dodged our messages, and hid behind pathetic excuses.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION that takes your money and then vanishes when you need customer service. They do not care about their customers, they do not stand behind their products, and they will do everything possible to avoid doing the right thing.

If you’re thinking of buying from them, DON’T. Save yourself the headache and go with a business that has integrity, because Minisplits4Less has none. Dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful.

Husband's New Man Room

We turned a 3rd car garage bay into my husbands new man room and had the mini split unit installed and it is working great!! The technician installed it and now the room is so cool! Thanks!!!
