9 months and still no package received

Ordered in May till January I still received no product nor a refund. I emailed several times for a refund, got a few generic responses asking me to wait for the product and they wouldn't refund me. The product has been "ready" since August.

We ordered the adjustable glasses for…

We ordered the adjustable glasses for my son and they basically stole our money with no intention to ever deliver the glasses. The company owner should be arrested for fraud . They sent us an email several times that the glasses were shipped and that we should recieve an email with the tracking or shipping number and never recieved it. They sent numerouse emails apologizing thanking us for our patience and We haven't seen the glasses yet and its been 4 months. This happened in the US.

Scam

Scam, never received the shipment and I've emailed them multiple times for weeks but NO RESPONSE. Stole my money.

Fraudlent - AVOID

I submitted an order on 7th July 2025 for a pair of their "Aura" sunglasses. At the time of writing, on 20th October 2025, they still have not shipped.

Their customer support team have given no reasons for the delay - they have simply stated that they will check with their logistics team and reply when more information becomes available.

When I requested a refund on 28th September 2025, they ignored this, apologised for the wait, and claimed "We’re still waiting on final confirmation from our logistics team, which is why your order hasn’t moved forward yet."

Since I replied clarifying that I no longer wanted to wait (far longer than promised) and simply wanted my money back, they have stopped replying.

I have since raised a dispute with MasterCard via Curve, so I should get my money back, but still an awful experience and I suspect many do not file claims like I did in the appropriate amount of time (120 days for MasterCard), which is what the "merchant" profits from.

Ordered the aura sunglasses in August…

Ordered the aura sunglasses on August 6th when it said it'd be here by August 18th, it is now September 29th and they still haven't arrived (I haven't had an update on my item since August 24th on tracking and it took them nearly a month just to email be back basically saying they're waiting for more information on my item)

No contact, scam?

Ordered 2 glasses from them.

Received a confirmation of delivery from while I was sitting at home, but nothing came in.

There is literally no customer service.
They don’t reply to any message or direct email.

Been trying to contact them for more than a week every day.

Think I got scammed, will wait a bit more but don’t have a lot of hope.

AWFUL CONDITION, DONT BUY

Luckily, I received the package, but the packaging was in awful condition, with torn and dented sides. It’s evident that the camera box had been opened previously, and the camera itself appears used, with visible finger stains on the screen.
I contacted them twice to do a refund, but never received a response. DON'T BUY.
