I had a fantastic experience purchasing a newly released item from Minirate. The customer service was incredibly helpful and promptly responded to my emails regarding shipping delays. The payment plan with CembraPay was clearly outlined and adhered to as agreed upon during the order placement. I would definitely order from them again.
