MiniOlie takes months to receive
This is my 1st and last time making a purchase with this company.
It’s been over a month since I ordered outfits as a gift for a family member’s newborn baby.
The package is still “in transit”.
I tried to cancel the order after three weeks of waiting and they said, “No, it’s already been shipped.”
I’m still waiting (5 weeks)
If I knew that MiniOlie was shipped from China and takes months to receive…I would have never made this purchase!

False advertising of what is included in the outfit
I ordered a cute clothing set for my Grandson. Pictured on the website with many different sets with a sweatshirt, sweatpants, little slippers and a matching hat. All of the sweatshirts said different things on them but they were all pictured as sets including sweatshirt, pants, hat and slippers. I received the package after quite a long wait (since I later learned it was coming from China). Included in the package were only the sweatshirt and pants. The pictured hat and slippers were not included. Then when I went back to the online site I noticed that the small print said "2 piece set". I found this to be extremely misleading advertising. I wrote an email to their customer service complaining about this and asking if return shipping could be waived. The original shipping was already quite expensive for the size of the item. They did write back and only quoted their return policy but did not comment on my frustration with the false advertising. I ended up deciding to keep it since I didn't think it was worth paying another shipping cost to mail it back. So basically I paid almost $50 for a tiny sweatshirt and pants, which i think it a complete rip off. I would never purchase from this company again.
