This was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent! Monique couldn’t even copy and paste the correct names of the companies I’ve worked for. Her lack of professionalism became evident when my resume was delivered three weeks late and riddled with errors. When I followed up about the delay, she responded with a condescending remark: “Hi Blake, it’s nice to hear from you,” as if I were the one who should be chasing her. She mentioned being sick “multiple times,” which I understand can happen, but when you’re running a professional business, you need to have contingencies in place so clients aren’t left in the dark, rather than projecting incompetence onto them.
I’m not a professional resume writer, but even I know a resume should be short and sharp, as recruiters often skim them. What I received were overwhelming paragraphs that were difficult to read, and my resume was four pages long when it should have been two, or three at most.
Do not waste your time with her services. If you do, you’ll notice she’s quick to contact you when it’s time to collect payment at the beginning, but good luck getting that same level of enthusiasm by the end. Absolutely terrible service!
