I deposited funds with Mining Automatic expecting at least basic communication and transparency. Instead, once they had my money, everything went silent. They refused to give me any estimate of when or how my funds would be returned, and every support request was met with vague, copy‑and‑paste responses. After weeks of trying, I still have no timeline, no clarity, and no confidence that they’re operating professionally. I would not recommend trusting them with a single dollar.

Absolutely disgusted by this scam artist of a company. I invested 25k (thankfully thats it) in Nov 24. I have received exactly $0 from them and was told the same thing everyone else has been told. I have reported to the Attorney Generals of both Delaware and Massachusetts. I have reported to the FBI and I will continue to pursue this as far as I have to in order to get my money back. I have waited 15 months and have not received a dime, yet the contract states minimum 3% monthly payouts. I will be taking this all the way to court and will push for criminal punishment along with everyone else to see this POS Zan go to jail. Scam. Said they were selling and we would get paid out but they completely ghosted us. Zan shake continues to post online is if nothing happened. These people are absolute crooks.

I want to update my experience with Mining Automatic and their parent company (Nov 2021 – Sept 2025). Looks like many more have experience similar situations as I today compared to just 12 months ago.

Key themes: poor communication; verbal promises that weren’t reflected in written agreements; only trust what’s in writing.

Timeline (high level):

I was a client of the parent company starting in 2021 and invested a substantial amount. Communication and reporting were inconsistent.

In early 2024 I signed a new agreement with Mining Automatic. The company set a timeline for setup and payouts; that timeline passed and I received no payouts at the time.

After posting a review in Oct 2024, leadership reached out and we discussed next steps. Payouts later began but the process changed often and required me to chase updates.

In early 2025 the company announced major changes; I only learned about them after the fact, and payout activity stopped without clear written confirmation of recovery timelines.

From March–Sept 2025 communication was slow and often left questions unanswered. As of 9/5/2025, the written notice I received does not reflect the verbal assurances I received earlier this year.

Recommendation: Proceed with caution. Carefully review any written agreement, and do not rely on verbal promises alone. Outcomes appear to vary, especially for smaller investments.

This is a very dubious platform, be careful and don't fall to their cheats. I have lost a lot to them already, I really learnt the hard way. Thankfully, I opted for PAIVA and their top notch services and steady payouts cannot be compared.

I thought I was headed in the right direction, but I spent too much time on this platform resolving issues. However. a few weeks after signing up for the Good merit. I have already begun to make a sizable income the greatest broker is them.

After running into serious issues here, I wasn’t sure what to do. Fortunately, I was introduced to a team outside this platform who understood exactly what I was dealing with. They helped me through the process, and I was eventually able to recover my funds. I’m sharing this so others know there’s still a way forward just be careful and make sure you’re asking the right people for help.

Worst experience so far because everything they claim that they are going to do, they do not do. Fake promises, and they are only interested in your money. Stay far from them, or else you're going to lose your funds. Now I have switched on to PAIVA and everything goes smoothly. No deceit or lies, and at least they actually pay.

Beware the reviews aren’t real. I was lucky to be helped by the organization in the bio pic before things got worse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They scammed all their web3 community for mining rigs they sold to us twice and sold them back so we will never see our money or mining allocation back. But wait there’s more! After scamming web3 they stopped paying mining allocation to their web2 customers and are ghosting us. Tried to make us sign nda to shut us up for dust money but they are not even respecting it. Be on the lookout for them wherever you go

I am relieved I didn't put in more funds. This platform didn't work out for me, so I have stepped away.

I am now seeing steady progress on FIFTH & heaven. The plans are good and withdrawals have been consistent

I believe this entire investment was a scam and I have compiled evidence to support that conclusion. I, along with a few other investors that were scammed by these scum bags are filing suit and will be making a criminal referral to the FBI. Update 11/2/2025: A criminal referral has been made to the FBI and SEC which there is a confirmed active criminal investigation. For anyone that reaches out to me, I will provide a contact within both agencies to join in the prosecution effort. I felt a lot of pressure to commit early on, and once the transfer was complete, the follow-up communication dropped off. For several months, activity slowed down significantly and since the start of the year, nothing's moved. Now there's talk of alternative options, but honestly, it's hard to feel confident about what's left.

The clarity in how things are handled on VRLC makes it easy to stay focused. I am genuinely glad I get to work with a setup like that. The consistency speaks for itself.

I've lost a huge amount of money to this company! Don't ever consider them because nothing good will come out of it. Deciding to go with PAIVA has turned things around for the better. No doubt they do all what they said they would do.

They did not help me like they claimed but the company on my profile was able to help me well.
