Very bad Customer service
I ordered on August 8th, another color was sent, immediately after receiving the product, I registered a return on your page and so far I have sent dozens of emails requesting the return of the product and refund, and so far I have not received my money. The service is unimaginably bad and terrible.

Worst shop ever! Do not buy from them.
First items of poor quality, cheaply made.
Then there is no returns. I tried to return items when I received them all thrown into small box without packing, with items being creased and some ruined ( straw hat) because of pore packaging. I was told there is no refunds. When o insisted and explained the reason. I was given some dodgy address in Netherlands, which I have sent return and payed around £25 from my own money on top. And after month chasing I didn’t hear from them back. And the order returned to me.
Feel completely disgusted by approach like that. And sad that nothing can be done. They just deleted my comments from all the social media and people ( who saw my comments on their social media, before it got deleted) were writing to me, that they had exactly same problems with the brand.

Might order again
Received my first (perhaps last) order from the shop. I have ordered 3 items, shirt with mushroom, pinafore dress with mushrooms and hair bows. Fabric feels nice, and really looks like it could be good quality cotton. Overall the items look good, however for the price it costs I would expect details to be better, example: embroidery mushrooms looks cheap on the shirt and are sewn into only around mushroom cap not the whole piece. Other stitching and buttons are fairly good. Sizing seems bigger than what I am used to in EU.
DELIVERY took around a month to get from China to Europe, customer service responded within a day, however it was generic message where they apologize and assure they are striving for the best service, but nothing else was done from their side.
I expected better, better quality, better service and shipment, but still... the items arrived and they are very cute, quality could be better but is ok so I MIGHT order again.
