Not a friendly space
I really liked the idea of these classes but unfortunately my son and I got a very ‘old school’ teacher who was not as flexible as I was hoping for.
This was supposed to be a happy and fun experience for my non-verbal child but we were met with strict punctuality rules and ‘you have to do what the teacher says instead and don’t touch the toy’. Zero friendliness room (teacher only, parents were lovely).

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
As much as we’d love to wait for everyone to arrive to start, we need to begin our classes on time out of respect for all attendees. We are careful to run on schedule to allow time for cleaning between classes, ensuring adherence to all COVID-Safe rules. If one class starts late, then this has a flow-on effect for all subsequent classes which is not fair on our customers.
During COVID we are being careful not to share equipment so as to provide the safest possible learning environment for everyone in our classes – children, carers and the teacher.
Our classes are structured and follow our philosophy of learning through play. This structure and routine means children learn what to expect in each lesson which builds their confidence in the classroom. We recognise that most children need about 3 weeks to get used to the classroom environment, activities, teacher and other people in the group before they feel confident to fully participate in each lesson.
Our teachers understand all children have different learning styles and needs, and learn in different ways. So, they are able to cater for each child individually and flexibly. Our classes involve movement, colour and a wide variety of activities so that children have fun while they learn.
