Teacher (Shay) is very engaging, my daughter just loves her and the class. The children get to sing, run around and dance, very flexible but they also tend to follow the classes well.

The experience at Mini Maestros was wonderful. The teacher is sweet, kind, and always smiling. My son loved her from the first day. The activities last just the right amount of time, and the online classes motivate him to watch something educational on TV. Thank you for providing this wonderful space.

Great teacher, Shae was excellent and well received by the children. Good program, kept children engaged and enthusiastic about music.

We were disappointed with the communication. Our sessions were cancelled a couple of times which was just bad luck but when we attended another session elsewhere, we hadn’t been told it wasn’t on that week - it’s hard work getting toddler twins out the door so that was frustrating. When we did eventually get to a session in Moonee Ponds, my autistic twins were pretty overwhelmed at their new environment and unfortunately the woman running the session was less than accommodating of that. We were made to feel like the “naughty” people of the group and subsequently left early, feeling quite dejected.
We were also required to bring our own instruments due to COVID, but on the day we forgot, there was no alternative offered. I think it was poor value for money based on that - so we won’t be signing up again.
We left before term end and were refunded a portion of what we paid.
EDIT: I don't think 'we're sorry you believe you were made to feel bad" is an appropriate response. My nanny came home feeling awful - so that's not up for dispute. I'm sure that was not your teacher's intention. Nonetheless, it was the effect she most certainly had, experience or no experience.
I also understand the concept of not sharing instruments during COVID, as I mentioned in my review. I suppose if you read between the lines I was in fact questioning the costs of the program, the obvious venue hire and program instructor wage aside.
Thankyou for suggesting at this point in time two adults come next time - I suppose my feedback to you on that note is that you mention that to parents of twins or higher order multiples in future, because it didn't seem to be an issue at the initial class in Ascot Vale. Bad luck to the girls for having working parents huh!
I hope that other parents and carers don't have the same experience we did.
Thanks for seeking our review Mini Maestros.

Great sessions, however given we go to the Saturday morning sessions, it would be great if on days when the teacher is sick, an emergency replacement could be organised. This avoids multiple sessions being cancelled during the term.
