Great Customer Service & Microscope

Customer service is amazing!

I ordered the mini microscope for my daughter as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when we were trying it out yesterday, we noticed there’s something broken or loose inside that is obstructing the view.

When we shake the black piece out of the way, the microscope really does work great.
I believe this happened while in transit, because the packaging was a bit squished when it arrived.

I emailed MiniLabsters this morning to let them know what had happened and I received a response a few hours later apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to send out a replacement at no cost. Quick and easy! Already received a shipping confirmation.

We are very excited about receiving our new microscope!

Customer service at MiniLabsters is phenomenal!

I bought a miniscope from MiniLabsters and when the item was accidentally broken by the recipient, our 7 year old grandson, I wrote to ask for a replacement part. They answered immediately (on Boxing Day!!) and offered to send a new miniscope to me for him.
I am completely blown away by such excellent customer service. The company has great products and I will return to their website to buy more for our science-curious grandson. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Amazing customer service

I’ve never seen better customer service!! It was my fault for not reading the shipping and processing time properly but yet they offered to ship me a replacement order to a different address (my intended gift recipient) for no additional cost! Yes, there was a hiccup with that shipment but they were speedy in returning my email with a suggested resolution without me having to ask, which I appreciated. I do hope they work out a better process with their shipping provider though because the issues for me were related to their shipping provider not Minilabsters’ customer service team.

I haven’t tried the mini microscope product yet so can’t review that but the service is sincere, quick, and generous. You know you are getting a real human’s response vs the usual chatbot service other e-commerce businesses use.

Dont buy these- I ordered 4 microscopes in November

I ordered 4 microscopes in November, and the initial shipment was "delivered" to the wrong address. Allegedly multiple attempts were made, despite us being home when these supposed attempts were made. I made a complaint, our address was verified and the company graciously re-shipped our order. I watched the tracking information carefully, and I made sure someone was home during the window of delivery. I was home all day on the day they stated they "attempted" delivery, yet no one arrived.

I contacted the company to make a complaint about the second delivery issue, and they offered me a full refund which I very much appreciated. I don't understand how the same issue with attempted delivery (despite being home) occurred twice, but at the end of the day the company processed my refund without any issues. I am really disappointed in the shipping process, and that we didn't receive our microscopes but such is life

I ordered too many mini microscopes and emailed Francis. She emailed back the next day and canceled the extra order. Friendly, understanding, and speedy customer service! I can wait for the product to arrive.

Wonderful customer service

In November I ordered a Mini Microscope and Accessory Kit to be sent to my granddaughter in New Zealand. We were notified that the package was delivered but unfortunately my daughter never received it. When I followed up with MiniLabsters, they said the parcel was not delivered and was returned by the delivery service.
My emails were responded to very quickly and another Microscope was sent out on December 5th to the same NZ address. This parcel arrived safely and in good condition today so all has been resolved.
I really appreciate the prompt attention MiniLabsters gave my situation. My emails were answered quickly and always with offers to help to correct the mistake. I would certainly recommend this company to friends.

Applied discount

I emailed MiniLabsters after I made a purchase requesting assistance, as I forgot to use a 15% coupon. I received a very swift response stating they applied that coupon and credit me the difference.
I appreciated the quick assistance as well as their understanding with saving me a few dollars.

A slight confusion over delivery

A slight confusion over delivery. The tracker said it had been delivered when in fact it hadn't been. Customer support was very responsive and assured me it would arrive. It arrived the next day.
