The customer service was very helpful
I needed corrections in my shipping information and these were made quickly, accompanied by such nice communication.

This is so much fun! It does work best when looking at specimens under a piece of glass. So definitely get the slides if you don't already have something similar.

It’s so cool to be able to see details of living things through the microscope.

I ordered and then realised that my grandson was getting the microscope from his other grandparents so I emailed before it was sent out. Francis responded immediately and refund made without any hassles. Such an ex company to deal with and hope I can purchase again soon. Thanks Frances you’re a gem :)

Purchased two mini microscopes and then clicked a button and it automatically charged me for more. Which wasn't great however when I got in touch the response and refund was immediate, which is rare in the days of the customer service cogs.

Totally understand that mistakes happen but it's how organisations respond to it.

I was slightly worried after looking at an instagram ad that it was a scam after I purchased two miniscopes. When I realized my niece and nephew already have microscopes, I quickly asked if I could cancel my order and they were so prompt and easy about it. Definitely would like to support this business in the future.

After check out I realized that the order was wrong. I emailed the customer support number and had the order corrected within a hour of emailing the company. I appreciate not having to wait hours or days for a response.

I haven’t received my order yet, but I’m already very impressed with their customer service! I didn’t realize until I had already fully checked out that a second miniscope and shipping protection fee had been added by accident. I emailed them and asked if those could be removed before my order shipped and I got a quick response and a refund notification! Thank you Marc for being so quick and helpful :) my son has been asking for a microscope for a while and I’m so excited to get him this for Christmas!

I received an email to leave a review and that my product had been delivered. I hadn't received the product so looked further in to shipping and it had been delivered to an old address of mine. I messaged right away and had a response within a few hours and a new shipment on the way! Excellent customer service!

The customer service here is amazing. I had very unfortunate circumstances happen and needed to change shipping address and Marc worked with me to make that happen so my kid could still get her Christmas present! I'm forever grateful for this small business and team!

I wanted to change my shipping address to another country overseas. This was literally done within minutes of me sending an email at no extra charge, these guys are great!
