This is so much fun! It does work best when looking at specimens under a piece of glass. So definitely get the slides if you don't already have something similar.

Great and prompt
Purchased two mini microscopes and then clicked a button and it automatically charged me for more. Which wasn't great however when I got in touch the response and refund was immediate, which is rare in the days of the customer service cogs.
Totally understand that mistakes happen but it's how organisations respond to it.

Seller with integrity
I was slightly worried after looking at an instagram ad that it was a scam after I purchased two miniscopes. When I realized my niece and nephew already have microscopes, I quickly asked if I could cancel my order and they were so prompt and easy about it. Definitely would like to support this business in the future.

I haven’t received my order yet, but I’m already very impressed with their customer service! I didn’t realize until I had already fully checked out that a second miniscope and shipping protection fee had been added by accident. I emailed them and asked if those could be removed before my order shipped and I got a quick response and a refund notification! Thank you Marc for being so quick and helpful :) my son has been asking for a microscope for a while and I’m so excited to get him this for Christmas!

Replacement product after delivery to wrong address
I received an email to leave a review and that my product had been delivered. I hadn't received the product so looked further in to shipping and it had been delivered to an old address of mine. I messaged right away and had a response within a few hours and a new shipment on the way! Excellent customer service!
