Stay Away: Chinese Drop-Ship Operation

This is some Chinese drop-ship operation. If you have any kind of issue with your order, don't expect quality support or service, or the ability to return anything. I'd steer clear of this vendor at all costs. We had an item that was stated to arrive within 3-5 business days. It took over 2 weeks to arrive, and the event we had ordered it for had long passed. When we tried to initiate a return, they just gave us the run-around, stating that we didn't initiate the return in time, even though we requested the return BEFORE THE ITEM ARRIVED!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BROKEN PRODUCT. I ordered two of their digital walkie talkie sets. They arrived on December 18 and were given as Xmas gifts. One worked very well. The other was broken upon opening. It had arrived damaged. Customer service refused to help me because they say I needed to test them on the day of arrival rather than waiting til the gift recipient opened them. This is truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Easy to use

The Digiscope connects to the computer easily to offload pictures. My son used it for a science project on leaves. Way better than the heavy metal one I had growing up.

Avoid at all costs!!

Waited over a month and received a completely different product than what I ordered. They even admitted they sent “what was available.” Totally dishonest and misleading company — avoid at all costs.

Buyer Beware- Poor product and dismal customer service.

I purchased about three of these digiscopes and to say that this company has the worst customer service and are liars is an understatement. I wanted to return two of the three, but I was told that their return policy was only 7 days. Upon checking their website I found out it's 39 days and I was infect within the return window. Now after many, many email exchanges I was told that this was an older policy and they would not honor it since they do t apply to products retroactively. ( No one can verify this). Additionally the customer service agent offers 30% initially and after my email exchanges dropped it to 20% which is laughable. While money is not an issue the companies principles and utter lack of customer service leaves a very bitter taste.
As far as product, I've opened one so far for my son's birthday, but it would not focus and I have yet to get it to work. I have to wonder if their product works at all. So much for buying products via Instagram. Lesson learned. Be wary and be cautious when you buy their products.

Unfortunately you requested a return after opening all the items and explicitly stating you couldn't get the item to focus, which was found to be a user error (use the focus wheel and hold the item still FYI). We tried to help you repeatedly and offered a 30% refund because we don't accept used item returns, but you refused. Still open to helping you with getting the product to work, hope your son enjoys it. Happy holidays!

Love the MiniBlocks…

The box was a little banged up when it got here, but the product inside was perfect. It's definitely got some weight to it, but that just makes it feel high quality. Great gift idea for screen free playtime!

Company is not replying back to emails or DMs.
Poor/ No communication.
Pretty sure its a scam. Don't bother ordering anything from this company.

Scam! Never got item and they keep telling me they sent a new one months later

Caution! Do not purchase from this company. After not receiving my item a month after purchasing it, I sent an email for updated information. They provided me with a tracking number with no updates and apologize for the delayed in shipment and said they will be sending me an e-book. No e-book sent and no updated tracking number. Three weeks later I sent another email asking for a refund and their response was the packages were lost and they resent them and will be to me in a couple weeks. I’m not falling for this again with more fake tracking numbers coming from China And emails, saying please be patient and “We are a small business, please forgive us” I don’t believe any of it and so upset that I spent money on this for a great Christmas gift and never got it.

Fell for it!

Surprising that Trust Pilot is unable to filter out the flood of fake reviews pouring in all at once, talking about how delighted we all were at being emailed about order delays, and how an inventory backlog just couldn’t have happened to a more swell company! All fake. Yes, my order was also placed two weeks before Christmas and hasn’t shipped, and yes, you will also feel scammed if you fall for their instagram ad campaign and send over $80 for the microscope.

Will not ship and will not refund, either

Ordered two microscopes on 12/11/24, making sure they would arrive in time for Christmas. Website says it’s a 7-10 day shipping period. I have gone back and forth with customer service, asking for them to refund me (I can see the purchase hasn’t left the warehouse in China). All I am getting is that I can now keep the items and they will give me SOME of my money back. I keep stressing I no longer want them, this was to be a Christmas gift, please just don’t ship them (which is what they are doing anyway) and refund me. Last communication was a threat of how expensive it will be for me to ship the returns to the UK, I should just take the 30% off. Their website returns policy doesn’t mention shipping to the UK, of course. Incredibly shady company with maddening customer service. I will be reporting to my credit card.

This is in response to their reply, below. I was not aware I was refunded because their customer service agent went back and forth with me for a week, telling me I would have to pay shipping back to the UK. Strange to refund me and then continue to argue with me for an entire week after. Why not just say request completed? I also didn’t receive an email about any backlog of orders, so another lie there, as well.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered on 28/11, and no contact 4 weeks later. Shipping tracker still says at a warehouse in China. 4 emails sent to Minilabbies without response. I’ve even messaged them on Instagram. Empty shell of a business who’ll obviously take your money and run. AVOID.
