In the couple of times I’ve relied on these guys for support they have delivered in spades. Knowledgeable and helpful, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Even when the problem’s one of my own making they are patient and helpful. Good job!

well all ,started a new brew on Saturday don't leave me this way a porter
all started well and done the mashing brewing and put it in the smart keg
then washed the minibrew all cleaned up.a few hours later i looked at the app on the phone and it seemed to be frozen so emailed support and sent a photo of the app on the phone .The guys got back to me looking for my phone number and contacted me by phone 2 mins on the phone software update done to app and all back on track .Just started a new brew to day guden craen blond. what a team great support thanks a million

Great company, great support. They are very reactive to customer wants and needs and are willing to adjust the way the machine works to better suit everyones needs. Would recommend MiniBrew to everyone! Novice or even pro brewers looking for a great consistent pilot test system

The supplied beer kit did not work.
I raised concerns that the Yeast in the kit was not viable within the first 48 hrs and there was no fermentation happening , but I was told to persevere by support until the end, and give feedback.
Subsequently after 17 odd days and when it was time to taste, there was obvious issues with the wort and the whole lot went down the drain.
Really disappointed as i was told by support "sorry it didn't work out for you". These are not cheap kits or equipment and after 2-3 weeks of cleaning, gas purging, waiting to taste etc, it's very disappointing, when its no fault of mine.
I am NOT a new brewer and have other 30 and 50 litre kits I've used for years successfully, so know there's nothing wrong with my processes or sterilisation.

I´ve been active in the brew scene for almost 15 years now and have seen my fair share of half automated brew machines and pretty promises of fully automated brew machines but non have delivered as brilliantly as the MInibrew.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical as, like I said, I had been waiting for someone to build this kind of machine for some time. Minibrew had also been developing this for quite some time and for a time, I thought they would maybe not get there, but that´s just me being impatient I guess. I am so incredible happy to finally have my Minibrew. It honestly has made my brew sessions so much easier. No nonsense, no whole day cleaning sessions. Just fully automated machine that tells me when and how to do things. I can literally go do something else while it finishes mashing, boiling and hopping.

The cleaning is a breeze. They´ve really out done themselves. The machine will tell you how to connect some simple cleaning device and it completely cleans itself while I watch my favorite show on Netflix ;-p

This is by far the best brewing machine I´ve ever had and has made my life so easy and revitalized my brewing passion.

I’m now a fully fledged home brewer and as always I’ve been so well supported by the MiniBrew email helpline. I have been keen to get right into it and really understand what I am doing and the reasons behind it. I am now writing my own recipes and really enjoying the anticipation of the next brew. Pity it disappears so fast! Great support guys!

Excellent response from the support team after I received a damaged brew pack. Without delay they sent me a replacement brew pack.

Fun product and great customer service.
It's not foolproof yet but with a customer service that responds within half an hour and watches what your machine is doing remotely anything is easily fixed.
1 problem free brew, 1 small technical problem with my second brew, so far very happy with everything MiniBrew offers

Have been test brewing for our brewery on minibrew and I love this machine! Hope soon to get whirlpool option.

I am doing my first brew at the moment and so far everything seems to work as expected. It would have been nice to be able to se a full end2end video of the brewing/cleaning procedures and also a manual
with all the steps but the support has been very helpful.

The machine itself is great. Brewed with packs but also with own recipe. If customer service could get more than 5 stars, I’d give them more than 5 stars. Fast and precise as a customer expects it. Overall a very happy customer and small scale brewer. Thank you.

What a joke. Overpromising and underachieving.

MiniBrew is the best brewing experience I've had since old school brewing. These beers taste really awesome. The IPA's so fresh and hoppy. omg!
And they have a friendly and supportive backoffice. Even during brewing they answer your questions within half an hour.

MiniBrew is really great. It makes so much fun to brew your own beer with this „coffee machine“. As mentioned in other reviews already, support ist excellent. THANK‘s to all of you. However, hope UX will be introduced in the next updates and this way of brewing your own beer will become a real game changer. Hence, never expected that high level in the first wave.

It's a good machine. The first beer is still fermenting but the brewing process was great. I has preordered the minibrew. Until the order was shipped it was necessary to contact the support. Also the Brewpack order over the mobile phone needed further contact to the (very good) support. So the logistics have to be improved urgently-

Even though I still have to taste my first beers I am very positive about the support provided by MiniBrew. There is a swift follow up for issues raised, feedback is taken seriously and issues are resolved. Well done MiniBrew team!

Excellent support and machine. Since it's the only system out there that also does controlled fermentation I don't see anything that's better for either casual users (consumers) or power users (home / pro brewers who want to experiment).
