Bought some items and 3 of the items especially one was a used secondhand item, I sent the package back 2nd class and messaged them in which they replied, the communication was ok until I decided to re-order 2 of the items, cutting a long story short, after a week they had not dispatched my goods and refusing to acknowledge the issue, they sent me back a rude email stating they cancelled my new order and that I should go else where they ended it with GOODBYE I was livid so I sent them back an email attaching pictures of the used secondhand item they sent me.
This is bottom line what happened, they have not replied, the amount of money they charge for the items and the postage is ridiculous, they claim you get what you pay for, and I quote in one of there emails
“we explained to you that all our items are new, never used, but our products are in the low price range and you cannot compare them with the high quality ones that cost 4-5 times more than the price you paid.”
The excuse was unacceptable Amazon, AliExpress, Etsy, eBay, Temu they all sell things at an exceptionally low price and its brand new and very good quality, what my problem was they couldn’t even admit that they do not do any quality checks before they send out goods and nearly everything I did want to order was all out of stock, I will never shop from them again, NOT RECOMMENDED either.
