DEWITT BRASHEER tries to scare tenants into believing he is a lawyer. Hes NOT. Hes a slumlord who has refused to replace or service our fridge since aug 2022 & wont deal with rats chewing water pipes n electrical n places blame on tenants. 🖕

No specific episode. My overall experience, specifically my interactions with Basheer, have always been positive. He is prompt in responding and resolving any issues or concerns I have.

The personal level of service and the care taken for shortlisting potential tenants has been a boom. Definitely a great company to work with. All my tenants were secured through Minerva. We have been using them for 3 years.

This review is for Basheer Dewji of Minerva Realty Corp. If you are RENTING from this company, beware that you have no protection as a tenant.
I was previously evicted from my last residence where another tenant and I had signed the sublease agreement. Only to be forced to move out before the end of our lease when he had already rented out the property to the family of an employer from his OWN company.
Incredibly shady business practices, absolutely zero integrity, and milking every dollar from a property that is set to be demolished by Spring of 2023.
His company deserves to be blacklisted, and he should not be allowed to operate as both a realtor and property manager under Strata.
The damage has already been done. But this message is to protect prospecting rental tenants from going through the same time and financial hardships I have endured through this process.

I've just recently had the pleasure of meeting, Basheer, who has been very helpful in guiding me through the apartment acquiring process. He is very knowledgeable, informative and helped walk me through every step of acquiring a beautiful apartment. As overseas property investors we are very fortunate to have Basheer from Minerva Realty Corp managing our property in Vancouver for more than 6 years. Basheer does a superb job in selecting and liaising with tenants. He negotiated the same rent last year during Covid lockdown when my property turned over tenants, without a day break in the lease.
