Very very bad customer service
Very very bad customer service. Will not let me return for refund. Emailed me wirh so many excuses. First that they do not refund custom jerseys. Mine was not custom. Then they said they would not recommend returning g cause it would cost too much. So much bull. Im still fighting for a refund and return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WORSE COMPANY. Yes for $40.00 ,I could return the items. Both items were not customized... you claim 100% satisfaction..

Ordered things for Christmas in November. Still hasn't shipped despite me writing several times begging them to ship anything so that my kid would have some for Christmas. AVOID IF YOU NEED ANYTHING WITHIN 2 MONTHS>
In response to your reply I emailed multiple times asking you to ship whatever you had a week after I ordered and then 2 weeks later when you still hadn’t shipped. You ignored me. I told you how important it was and that I had ordered well in advance so that some presents would arrive in time for Christmas. You didn’t care and you only care now that I’ve reviewed you and warned people how little you care about your customers.
These were Christmas presents for a little boy. I ordered 20 items. You could have just sent a few if you didn’t have everything as I asked you to multiple times.
If you have actually shipped anything which I don’t believe you have it will be January before it arrives and I will return it all and never be your customer again.

It’s been a year since I ordered a Milan x pleasures white kit and I have ordered it XL or L I don’t remember it’s been a YEAR. I was only wrongly sent by the shop a medium size kit which doesn’t suit me of course. I never wanted to make the review I have spoken several times with the service and there is always the excuse that I have to buy something again in order for them to bring me a new Jersey!!! Like it’s my fault to begin with??? Then after a communication I was told that I will be sent a new kit free of charge, a different one because the Milan one was out of stock! And I picked a Greece euro 2004 kit and I was told that I need to pay the difference! Terrible experience, it was never my fault for their mistake and they make me look like it’s my fault they sent wrong size! Unbelievable

It's been over 36 days now since I placed my order. I bought 6 Tshirts recently on this website. The only email I've received since then was when the order was being confirmed. When I track my order it has been held in the customs for over 10 days now. No communications at all. It would've been better if they wrote somewhere that I should pay customs or what so i can do that and get my shirts.

Terrible company
Terrible company, they are definitely scam. They couldnt even send 10 jerseys for more than a month. customer service is not even kind and likes to blame 3rd parties (i.e. logistics partners). They have no idea about where their package is and they refuse giving me a refund. Never buy anything from them and dont suggest anyone to buy anything from them.
