MindTools is how I grow professionally in a company where I am missing out on having a mentor or an employee development program provided by HR. MindTools has so much to offer- professional development skills, techniques, articles, interviews, more. I use MindTools most wee. Whether I need better understanding of how to handle problems at work, or to explain concepts to employees that I can't explain how I do them (Root Cause Analysis, interpersonal conflict resolution, Project Management documentation, anything), even something as siumple as articles and activities that help you train your memory and recall.
