I honestly wouldn't give this app one star but I have to to write the review. I've got charges on my card for 3 months of use and I've never had anything to do with this app. So surprise! Now I've been charged $50 for the past three months! Just awful!

Scam. Once they have your credit card info via a trial offer they continue to charge your card and provide no way to cancel. When I complained they said my trial was over and if I wanted to continue to follow a link. I did not. Now I'm working with Amex to retrieve my funds going back to August 2024. Shame on me for not finding this earlier. Stay away

Impossible to cancel!!! Don't get it
I have no idea when and how this app started charging me. I've tried to cancel and it keeps charging me over and over again. I've even cancelled the CC and it finds a way to hit my bank account. Beware this is impossible to cancel. IF you love giving your money away then this is for you.. Don't do it!!!

Tricked Into Subscriptions – Misleading and Unauthorized Billing
I was charged multiple times by MindscapeApp.io / StellarTech Limited without realizing I had even subscribed. The company enrolled me in two auto-renewing subscriptions — one for $30.95 and another for $14.59 — using what appears to be a deceptive payment flow.
There was no clear option to opt out or cancel during sign-up, and I never knowingly agreed to ongoing charges. Only after disputing the charges did they admit these plans were active and blamed it on me not clicking a “continue without offer” button.
This is not transparent or ethical. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank, fraud investigators, and consumer protection authorities in Cyprus. I urge others to check your statements and avoid this platform.

I would put zero stars, but it won’t allow. Did not authorize this charge and cannot cancel it. This will be my third round of paying for it and I never get any response at all. A complete scam. Just bad business.

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM! Don’t deserve any stars! I never signed up to any subscription. I signed up to a trial, but was not given access to the app. In order to access the app, I Tried resetting the password, but the one time code was never emailed. They have taken two payments out my bank so far. When I did eventually get in touch they accused me of signing up to the app and refused to refund me. Total scam, beware!!
