Guidelines and onboarding for projects are a mess.
Human auditors are poorly trained and inept when used. Most I've gotten feedback from were clearly ESL (one didn't know what a "toddler" was and insisted it wasn't a real word).
Egregiously high fees on withdrawals/payments.
