Negative 10 out of 5 stars!

I wish I could give a negative number of stars! I should have known better when I found out about the site from an influencer, but I was just looking to see what the autism test was like. I agreed to pay for the test, but it was so general it couldn't possibly be legitimate. Oh, well. What's a couple of bucks? Then, come to find a $30 charge on my credit card. Somewhere in the fine print, it says you are subscribing to a service for $30 a month, but it never stated this plainly or acknowledged that I was now subscribed. This can't be legal! Avoid this company at all costs. Still trying to get my money back.

Avoid like the plague.

Avoid like the plague.
Reoccurring fee every month for $19.99. I didn't even know I signed up for.
No account options when you log in to cancel or contact anyone. I had to do it via PayPal. Total Scam Artists.

Do not sign up for a test

I was billed $19.99 for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. The email address that was charged does not even work on their login page, and their website does not display any contact information. The charge came through PayPal.

SCAM Beware

SCAM...they billed for 19.99 subscription I didn't know about. The email they billed under doesn't even register in their log in page. They don't show their contact info on their website. I got it through PayPal.

A subscription fee was charged to my…

A subscription fee was charged to my bank account even though I never signed up for it. To cancel it, I was forced to create an account, which I never had in the first place. Essentially, they took my money without my consent or any active membership. This feels misleading and unfair.

Same as all people here - MAJOR SCAM

Same as all people here. Did a test for 2.99$
Did not notice for 4 months they have been billing me 29.99$ through PayPal...
Cancelled on their sketchy website and also cancelled on my PayPal just in case, let's hope this prevents any future charges.
What a scammy company, they should be in jail.

This is a complete scam!

They are not clear on their pricing and it is impossible to cancel. The customer service email on their website is a fake address. I tried to cancel on the PayPal side and somehow I keep getting charged $19.99/month. This is a terrible company.

Paid $2 for a test

Paid $2 for a test, only to later discover I was unknowingly subscribed to a $29/month plan. It’s been six months, and I only noticed after carefully reviewing my bank statements. No monthly invoices were ever sent. This feels like a well-executed scam.

Scam

Scam, they pretend to provide a service for 1.99 USD and then sign you up for a subscription of 19.99. Report them as scam, I disputed and closed my credit card.

A total absolute scam...please do not…

A total absolute scam...please do not go near. I paid a one off ADHD for my niece only to find out that $1.99 turned into $19.99 a month for 3 months which i never discovered until only yesterday when wondering what this site was taking money out off my PayPal. I certainly had not authorised the subscription. I had alot of trouble trying to cancel this unauthorised subscription as I had to pay $9.95 to have it cancelled by a website called "unsubby" I emailed them and told them I didn't subscribe and wanted it cancelled. I received an email from them telling me that they apologise for not making it clear regarding the subscription. Yes I got the cancellation fee back but lost the subscription fee. They are scammers and I feel sorry for any parent that has a child with ADHD and goes online to Mindmetric Ai. AVOID PLEASE

The same as everyone else here. It's also confusing as the app name and payment name are slightly different. This is so scammy and I lost over £40. People are awful.

Misleading, predatory subscription model – avoid at all costs!

I signed up for what I believed was a one-time ADHD test, only to discover weeks later that I’d been charged nearly $60AUD for a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. I never used the service beyond that initial test and had no idea I was being signed up for ongoing billing.

Their “free trial” is a trap, buried in fine print, and it’s clear from the countless similar reviews that this is a deliberate strategy. When I reached out for a refund, they refused - even though they can clearly see I never logged in after the test.

It’s disgraceful, especially for a company claiming to support mental health. Their actions show zero empathy or integrity. Avoid this service…there are far more transparent and ethical alternatives out there.
