I cannot thank Mindful Chef enough for their outstanding customer service.

I have been a loyal Mindful Chef customer for over 7 years, and this experience has reminded me exactly why I have continued to choose them all this time.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake and forgot to update my delivery address after moving home. My box was delivered to my previous address and when I went to collect it, the contents had disappeared and only the packaging remained.

I contacted Mindful Chef expecting that there may be little they could do, as the address error was entirely my responsibility. However, their customer care team responded with incredible kindness, understanding and compassion. They took the time to listen, reviewed the information I provided and, despite the circumstances, offered to send a replacement box.

As someone currently on maternity leave and caring for a disabled child with high support needs, this loss had a significant impact on my family. The empathy and support shown by Mindful Chef during what was a very upsetting situation genuinely meant a lot to me.

In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Mindful Chef went above and beyond. Their willingness to help, even when they were under no obligation to do so, has earned even more of my loyalty and respect.

A special thank you to Justyna and the entire Mindful Chef team for treating me with such kindness and understanding. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers in the way that Mindful Chef does.

I have proudly been a customer for over 7 years, and when my circumstances allow, I will continue to use Mindful Chef for many years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking not only for fantastic food, but also for a company that truly values its customers.

Great food boxes - lots of variety. If ever anything goes wrong with delivery or boxes, the customer service is always good. I have used Mindful Chef for years - consistently good.

I've been a customer of Mindful Chef for close to four years and have had very limited need to contact customer service. This weekend my delivery was refused due to road closure and Mindful Chef customer service were responsive, understanding and quickly arranged for a re-delivery of my order.

We have been with MindfulChef for about seven years now and we find it very flexible to use but most importantly, I think we eat more healthy with a greater variety of cuisines and ingredients. We’ve never had any issue that wasn’t resolved very quickly. The Meals are varied , with plenty to choose from and we’ve never been let down with a delivery.
I find the Company are quick to respond if you have anything at all to say, which has been rarely for us over the seven years. Keep up the good work, MindfulChef

I am very happy with this company. Occasionally there are mistakes with the recipe bags, but the customer service team are quick to respond and credit my account for a discount on my next order.
The quality of the ingredients is good, and if there is a different ingredient, there is always a note in the recipe bag to inform me.

Great choice of meals and all are delicious.

Excellent service and choice of meals, even vegan and vegetarian. Quality ingredients and good value with flexibility on number of meals in any week.

We love the recipes from mindful chef. We love the way it’s organised and how many veggies are squeezed into each meal. The last delivery however had number 2 not 22 (which I had ordered). We made it work but now I have some random tofu that I will have to conjure with. I contacted CS and to their credit they refunded me within minutes. Mostly very impressed! Will keep up the recipe box.

I have had a box stolen and reported it to Mindful Chef.
Upon investigation, the company has been super supportive to help resolving the issue.
Amazing customer service

Really enjoyed using Mindful Chef. Very easy instructions to follow. Delicious recipes. Reasonable price. Even good for the kids to make sometimes. Ordering process is very easy.

My experience of eating has widened
A bit concerned that it might get samey and boring and I might lose interest eventually
I am worried by the downplaying of meat and its natural textures and flavours - I understand why you are doing this - the chicken has been good but other meats cant be tasted because its finely minced and gets lost in the sauces and vegetables.

We have tried other food delivery boxes previously; Gousto and Hello Fresh and always got bored of the recipes and the repetition of them. Mindful chef has yet to disappoint. Food quality is amazing; meat is always free range (True free range not “room to roam”) and you can really taste the difference. Customer service when there has been the occasional problem with supply or delivery (DPDs fault not them) is amazing, quick and they usually spot the issue before I’ve realised there is one. I can’t recommend them enough. My partner and I feel like we’re in a restaurant with each meal.

Meals are delicious with a wide choice every week
I love the ability to change the day of your order, or skip a week should the need arise.The Customer Service Team are second to none, in the unlikely event you might need their assistance, so helpful in today’s busy times, I would certainly recommend them.

Ran into a small snag before my first delivery but that doesn't even matter, the Mindful Chef team went above and beyond to sort it out within the hour. The standard of care was excellent and as a customer, I will definitely be back!

Because basically I can’t fault Mindful Chef for quality, cost or delivery. And their great vegan range.

On my second box with the company the item was left outside and stolen (obviously this wasn't the company's fault). I then asked to have it refunded; instead, they sent off a second box which filled with items that I didn't order! So, no refund, only a box filled with items I wouldn't eat. A complete waste of money. Shame, as the food itself is really good!

First delivery received had a very short shelf life. I had 4 meal plans delivered, but the use by date of the meat expired on day 3 therefore the last meal was out of date.
Second delivery, again vegetables were not very fresh but the meat was in date!
Third delivery, just arrived so will let you know!

I ordered three emails from MindfulChef as a brand-new customer. I paid over £40, and when the food arrived, the meat was outside of the cool packaging, it was supposed to be in. I contacted MindfulChef, who told me they would refund the order, but only refunded £14.
I was advised by the company not to eat the food, so I’ve potentially paid £30 to put food in the bin.
