The thing that makes this product so great is clearly the tech support. They have all been incredibly helpful and know how to navigate the software like pros.
The negative side is that much of the navigation is not intuitive and difficult to correct errors without the aid of their tech support.

I've spent enough time on a small issue. Unable to even find a way to reach customer support. Send you to a do loop with no way to actually get there, or so buried you can't find.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and experience with Ingrid, as I have tried to learn and navigate attentive. She has been very patient and thorough as she tries to help me understand the complexity of the software. I could not have set our system up without her. And she has been willing to take as much time as I need both in person and through email, she has been quick to understand our unique studio operations and has been able to direct me in the best way to use the software. And always makes me feel like is no dumb question. I have relied on her a lot and will continue to do so as we perfect the automation to best help our studio. Ingrid is the best!

recently had my second marketing session with Gustavo from Mindbody, and I can honestly say that after three years of using the platform, it finally feels like what I’ve been paying for is paying off. Gustavo was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and clear throughout the entire process. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with Mindbody so far. I highly recommend having more team members like Gustavo—he truly makes a difference in client satisfaction. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Just got off the phone with a client engagement specialist. We had requested to cancel our contract because none of the features promised to us were actually working. Our business is loosing 5-10k a month since switching to MindBody.
After listening patiently to every concern I have he didn’t have a rebuttal, a work around, a fix.. just stated they won’t let us out of our contract.
They nickel a dime you, there are so many hidden fees. They promise the moon and don’t even deliver dust.
Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: After Mind body reply. Just so you all know, 1 out of the 10 feaatures they promised us actually work! They have no fix for that. Only response is "your contract states you cant cancel". Will they make the promised features work? No...
