Have been a consisten customer over the last 4 years. My recent order, over 4 weeks ago, has not been shipped. Two enquiries to their help desk has also gone un answered. So dissapointed as I really come to love this product.

Scam. Ordered 2 pairs over a month ago. No updates since confirmation they got my money no response to emails.

I Ordered this product three weeks ago I had no response as to when it would be sent I've sent several emails no response Absolutely shameless customer service. As for asking for a refund I'm guessing I've kissed my money goodbye.

I've bought 6 of these all together just so that I allways have one available fully charged, and got backup just in case. Gave one away as a gift (reciever also loved theirs). Totally satisfied, comfortable to wear even when lying on the side sleeping. After over a year-1,5 years using mindband every single night alternating between the first three, one of them was broken so that sound would only be heard unilateral, hence the need for buying new ones. On average I have to charge one mindband every 3 days of fully use.

Total scam took my money then they disappeared..no responses to any emails ...now off to contact my credit card company

absolute scam of a company, ordered on 6 November and my card was charged. No update on the order and no response when i emailed to cancel and refund.

I will now have to make a chargeback through my card. Do not recommend you order from this company

Item purchased in January arrived end of Feb - it was faulty and would not charge, it took 3 attempts of advising the company that the item was faulty before we got a response from Mind Band. The 3rd attempt I stated thag i felt scammed and asked for a refund, not a replacement because i didnt want to risk the same fault and customer service experience. They replied asking for video evidence of the product cutting out during the charging phase and they would issue a replacement. This video was sent where I again asked for a refund instead of a replacement and we did not get a respond response. Would not recommend the company or product despite how convincing the ads I still get are.

The product itself is alright but they went down in battery time as I used them. I contacted them but they only sent one E-mail and never responded again when I asked for help. Hope this changes since I enjoyed their product

The front control panel presses on the forehead and is uncomfortable after a while. The earphones are fairly flat but not very well padded so not very comfortable. Build quality is very cheap - certainly not worth $40.50

Placed an order over a month ago. Even paid for express delivery within 5 working days and over a month later it still hasn't arrived. The tracking link was rubbish and claimed the address was wrong (which it wasn't) but was somehow delivered. The tracking / delivery company doesn't know what is going on. The mindband support said they were sending a replacement with a faster courier and a week later I don't even have a new tracking number or my order.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam to make you buy a product they never intend to deliver.

Despite some poor reviews, I decided to spend the $25 and purchase. They arrived quickly and so far have been great. Comfortable and suited for purpose. They were clear about recharging after 8 hours, (which means daily for me), but it only takes 2 hours for a recharge. Blue tooth seems absolutely fine. Rather than use the volume button, I just adjust the speaker further or closer to my ear. For the price I am happy.

I ordered my Mindband before I read the reviews (not a good idea) however I’m glad I did I’m in this instance as it arrived in just a few weeks (in spite of the Covid Lockdown), it was easy to charge & connect. I have not found it too tight or the middle piece to be a problem. I am happy with it.

My mindband never arrived, it said that I got it april 8, but that never happened... I didnt even get a notification. And I cant get a refund.

Saw an ad for this and looked interesting but the more I read the page the more odd it seemed. Theres no data on who makes it, whats the story behind it or anything of sort. They offer free shipping all over the world - not something just about anyone can do, yet the only face behind it is some random marketing "314" company in dublin.

More over, I have a hunch this may be a knockoff product intended to undercut a taiwanese product called "sleepphones". Since CCP/china really hates taiwan, so its not unlike of them to undercut them with a stolen idea with less quality and a lower price. They do this nonsense often, sadly.

Due to the nature of the product meant for ASMR use - where high quality of the audio electronics must be good for it to be worth it - I highly doubt they can fit such quality for this low of a price.

I advice caution, it seems a bit shady.

It works yes. And the flat speakers are a nice alternative to in-ear plugs i usually use.but that is the only positive thing.

Materials feel cheap. Cheap plastic and cheap fabric. Doesn't feel good to the touch.

Bluetooth connection is weak. The sound stutters when my phone is in a pocket or on the nightstand.

Battery life is too low. It will need a charging after each use.

I saw an ad for mindband.co, visited their website and considered buying, but I haven't bought from them or communicated with them. I guess I'm not technically eligible to leave this review. However, since there are absolutely no reviews on here so far, I felt I should share the little information I have, and I've tried to be nice with the stars.

My observation is that they immediately pressure visitors to buy, stating that it's up to 50% off "today". A few days later, it's still 50% off "today". You don't have to give in to the pressure - you have time to do your research (competing products, impartial reviews, etc.).

On the plus side, they have bad customer reviews publicly visible on their own website. I am more likely to buy from a site that shows such honesty than if they only published good reviews.

For what it's worth, I would be interested in such a pair of headphones if I could find some information on the kind of audio quality I can expect. Are headphones of this kind likely to be able to reproduce bass? Treble? Everything in between? Personally I am mostly a classical music listener.
