Amazing coach with awesome coaching toolbox!

I had a coach session with Lorraine and absolutely enjoyed it. She took the time to explore the area I struggled with and gave me some options to help overcome it answering all my questions. The technique I chose was surprisingly easy, fun and effective. She finished with an awesome deep relaxation so that I came out of the session feeling positive and energised just as if I’d been to the spa!

Lorraine from Mind and Body Toolbox

Lorraine from Mind and Body Toolbox, very professional, no fuss and easy to talk to. From the first conversation she is working on a solution straight away. I had 2 sessions, one introductory with a task to do at home, and then a second session (1 1/2 hours.) Lorraine knew exactly what to do to combat my issues, she talked me through step by step each stage and had a lovely calming finish. Results are simply, amazing
