Buyer beware: this company has failed to deliver the product and has not responded to multiple attempts to contact customer service. I purchased a bag and requested cancellation immediately after the purchase. I was told I would need to receive the product and then return it. To date, I have not received the item, and despite sending five emails requesting an update, I have received no response. The company does not provide any alternative method of contact beyond an email address that appears to be unmonitored.

I love my bags from mina baie! My oldest mina bag is just a little over 5 years old--Emmy Nylon (full). It's been through 3 kids, several flights, numerous road trips. It's my favorite bag to use as my personal bag for travel. Great quality, great customer service. I have since purchased harlow leather and harlow suede along with judie suede for my work bags!!

I had a great experience with Mina Baie. I was skeptical at first as they sell expensive products & I’m always paranoid about items getting stuck at customs when shipping from the US. Also the shipping is too expensive to then return items, cost me around £45 for shipping so wouldn’t be worth my while returning. But I absolutely love my bag, looks exactly as described on the website & as in all the TikTok’s. It took a while to come which has to be expected & I didn’t get a quick response on email but got a super quick response from them over socials which is great. I didn’t realise the bag was so big & should have went for the full instead of the carryall but that’s my fault not the companies. Overall I would totally recommend to anyone in the UK thinking of purchasing an item from them but unsure, to go ahead. I would purchase from them again!

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I canceled my order because I chose the wrong color. I notified the company via email 5 minutes after the order was made. They said they could not change the color or cancel my order. Now I am trying to send it back and they are charging me $10 fee + I have to pay for shipping. Is this a joke!
Horrible experience. This is ridiculous!
