Sorry mate but the process of the restock delivery and customs clearance isn't something we have any control over at all, we've been waiting just like everyone else but no one needed the stock to arrive sooner and faster than we did.
But as I say the whole shipping and customs clearance is not something we have any control over and there's not anything we could of done at that time to speed up the process, of course we want our stock arriving as fast as possible so that we are able to send out and take our orders as usual but until it's actually in our possession there's not a thing we can do.
If at any time there was anything we could of possibly done on our side to help make the process faster then it would of been done of course, but literally all we could do was sit and wait

I'm just waiting on a refund but will definitely be returning once the shipment has landed soundly.

Restock delays.
Reputation for this company is exemplary. At the moment dispatch is delayed so you may wish to wait until restock arrives and shipments begin again if you are a new customer or a worry pot, like me.
REPLY TO RESPONE.
First off, seeing as this is "TRUST" pilot I can state the following. I know many people who have placed many orders from you and all praise your product and delivery and would (and currently are) happy to wait for a delayed dispatch with any worry or fear or need to contact you. My 1 star review was wrong and I apologise.
While your longer term customers may not need updates about order delays surely you can see how having a RESTOCK EXECTED IN 7-10 DAYS ever present and alongside the lack of any updates is not a pleasant experience for new customers. Surely a mass e-mail mail shot keeping customers updated would not only be better business practise (leading to a better customer experience) but would also result in less contacts swamping you when delays occur.
I am so grateful that you are in business as you are the only UK provider that delivers consistant quality product at a better than fair price. Without your company the UK purple dying fans would be in a much more difficult environment.
I wish you and your company a speedy resolution to the current issues you are facing.

Both I and Trustpilot have sent you 2 requests to provide any information regards to your review like a order number or name etc and you have had over 1 week now to provide this for whatever solution it is you're looking for, but you haven't even replied with any of the requested information?
Based off that behaviour I don't think your review is genuine or a genuine experience especially for leaving a review without wanting to leave any contact details or information about the order and
So there can't be any solution just doesn't make any sense at all,
Otherwise I just don't understand what it is that you are actually trying to achieve here?
So with that in mind it's obvious you either don't even have a order with us, or you are just leaving a false review based on us not having any stock and for whatever reason that you are trying to give us a bad image.
But unless you attach a order number, or contact details then how do you expect us to know or locate your order etc so that we actually know which order you are talking about, and for us to be able to contact you about it?
But overall it say's very clearly on the website in big capital letters and on the product when purchasing
"PRE ORDERS ONLY"
So leaving a bad review just because we don't have the stock at the moment and have not been able to send any orders out because of that, isn't exactly a fair review do you agree?
Any regulars who have pre orders with us or who are waiting to buy from us all know the current situation that we are having and the reason behind the delays,
And to answer your comment about sending a mas email update out and why the website says 7-10 days.. there is literally no way for me to send emails one by one to all my pre orders, the only way I can do that is to send out a broadcast email to all my subscribers (which is what I do when the stock has arrived in the UK or is received) but for me to do that means I'll be spamming 80-90% of my subscribers email addresses who don't even have any order's with me, spammimg my subscribers emails about pre orders who don't even have a order with me is not even a option and I definitely can't go through all my pre orders one by one just to send emails out that way,
So the only broadcast email that I do send out is once the stock has actually arrived because that is relevant to everyone who has subscribed.
We have over 70+ messages on my business WhatsApp alone, plus 300+ text messages and that is without including email's, social media and my website chats.
leaving a bad review just based on us not having the stock at the moment is actually crazy and tells me you clearly have no idea why the whole situation has been delayed, You have obviously never spoken to or ordered from us previously because anyone who is a regular or that has spoken with me before knows quite well that if anyone asks for a refund from a pre-order or just simply because they can't wait any longer then it's not a problem at all for me, and I refund people all the time as soon I'm asked
The reviews you see here clearly prove what I'm saying and also it's not hard to find people who have ordered with us before that you can speak with to figure out for yourself and not just our word that we definitely don't scam ppl.. and we definitely don't delay orders when possible or on purpose.
I've already explained the website states very clearly in bold capital letters on the product itself
"PRE ORDERS ONLY."
So If you want some kind of a update on the situation or any Extra information that you feel like you needed to know then you should just message us directly and you will get your answers without the need to leave a bad review,
At the moment yes it will take a little bit longer to receive a reply from us on WhatsApp or via txt etc just until we are back fully active but you will still receive a reply ASAP 100%.
