Fun way of learning to code, I especially enjoy the Desktop Version of mimo!
It’s a good way to get into coding, I use it currently for python. sometimes the questions are a little easy and they give you the answer right away when you do something wrong instead of actually letting you try it again. But that’s why I enjoy the coding practice projects on the desktop, combined with going through the app questions it’s a good way of learning and practicing!
Mimo is awesome.
Mimo has helped me love learning again. The design helps you keep track of your daily progress easily, and the XP bar makes me feel like I'm leveling up every time I learn something new.
Bite sized lessons. Yum!
The lessons are bite sized, very digestible and logically presented. The approach helps to remove the mysticism and just discuss programming. Most enjoyable. I've been with them for a month or so and it's good. Good job y'all!

It was the first time I found such a great app for code learning. Mimo helps me a lot in construction my base knowledge of python, each lesson is small enough for me to learn new thing about coding. It motivates me to be consistent with the lesson, especially when Mimo teaches me through mini game with little rewards. In overall, I would definitely recommend whoever starting learning coding would see this app as a good resource for practicing and learning.

I'm very new in python and I found this app very helpful for beginners. You can get mistakes explanations from AI assistant. There is a theory part, practice and rehearsal. Like it a lot.
Great experience with App
I’ve been using the app pro version for about 6 months and it has been a great way to learn, the free version was great for testing out the material, aside from the pages being a little finicky with the touch screen decivce when you try to select a section to copy or remove their app has been a great experience

mimo.org is one of the best tech companies ever! I learned a whole lot of coding within a short period... all thanks to them.

The free tier was very helpful to get started learning. Amazing documentation. Could give 5 stars if the UI for writing code can be improved as sometimes it selects the entire line that results me overwriting lines of code.
The best coding app so far: Mimo
This is a really good app I recommend it to people who start coding really. But Mimo, 1 thing I would like to add is a chatting system where you can communicate with other fellow coders and teach or learn from them.
Great way to learn
Great way to learn, it give you bite-sized lessons and you can review/practice what you learnt many times if it didn't stick the first time.
This is the number one platform to learn coding very fast.
What I have learnt on mimo in the last 14 of using this amazing platform is more than everything I have been trying to learn using other tools and websites or the last 5 years. Very easy to understand evn if you are complete beginner and makes complex concepts easy to grasp and only only praise and thank God Who led me to mimo to speed up my learning and help me to become productive and job ready as a full stack developer. I feel it now that dream is now very achievable. May God bless team mimo. My best experience in learning to code ever....Thank you!
love it as a beginner
Been using it for 2 weeks now. Clear training, practical exercise, possibility to do on PC or mobile. AI explanation when there are mistakes in the practical seasion. Great for a beginner such as myself
Perfect for Learning on the Go in Canada
As a busy student in Vancouver, I love that I can use Mimo during my commute or between classes. The bite-sized lessons make complex coding concepts easy to understand. The hands-on projects, like building a simple website, made everything click. It's the most engaging and effective way I've found to start my coding journey.
This is definitely an amazing app! BUT...
This is definitely an amazing app. However, the amazement quickly vanishes when you realize you must have a premium account to practice on the guided projects. I hope a premium account is not needed to have the completion certificate. I have not finished my learning yet. TBA.
Edit: i got two free weeks of Mimo Pro by inviting a friend. This allowed me to have the completion certificate, but not get access to the guided projects (a Max subscption is needed).
I also was disappointed by the section about "Working with private APIs". This one was definitely not beginner-friendly.
It's a very good app overall. I really recommend it. It just doesn't suit broke people like myself lol!
What a great surprise!
I was totally surprised to come across a coding app that would actually teach me to code and while doing that, also teach me to understand it in a very straightforward and clear manner. I have been to coding bootcamps that could not explain terms or coding concepts to me in a way I could understand but using Mimo, I finally understand what the bootcamps could not teach me. And in such a simple manner. I have been hopelessly floored by this app and I will continue to keep using it in my coding journey. Thanks so much for making this fun and educational.
Perfect bite-sized Duolingo-style lessons
Perfect bite-sized Duolingo-style lessons.
Teached me python development, html CSS and more!
There's a fun weekly leaderboard with **real** people.
Without mimo wouldn't be able to start my coding journey.

I really like it
I really like it. It's very easy to learn with it and the method is very intuitive.
best free coding platfrom
Learn to code on the go
Mimo is a great app for getting into several programming languages, and the best thing is, the lessons are in bite size chunks. It's perfect to learn something new on the go, while commuting for example. I have only been using Mimo for two weeks, but I like all the lessons and practice sessions too. For me it's much better use of time, than scrolling social media.

Amazing app but I feel a little bit too much locked behind paywalls. Also when you do lessons on your laptop they don’t count towards your streak for some reason? Overall good app.
