Item purchased is less than a month old and has already broken, not fit for purpose. I have reached out to the customer service team twice and have yet to receive a response.

Quick shipping time and lovely packaging and product xx

I ordered Siberian Wool Slippers on 12/4 and the shipping cost was $40 which was equal to the slippers themselves.

Royal Mail emailed several emails along the way and package made it to Chicago on 12/19 where it sat and apparently still sits waiting on customs.

I sent several emails to MIMMO on 12/24 with details I had received on my end and have not yet heard back from them.

They speak a big game around their unique curated products which is just great. However, if they don't fulfill Their orders and communicate with their customers their business model won't last very long.

Spoke to the team, spoke about a handful of different products. No love my fruit bowl and fits so well in the kitchen. I’m now speaking with all the helpful team on some art products. Great customer services and lovely products. Highly recommend

Have bought these slippers before for my daughter. She loved them so much I have bought her another pair, different colour way. Great fluffy slippers, warm and very comfortable with non slip sole which is good on our wooden floors. Tracy Emin also thinks they are good! Order dealt with promptly and arrived quickly. Good recyclable packaging too. Thank you Mimmo!

The girls got back to me personally and sent the item by Royal Mail with a tracking number, so I am content and they have also given me a discount on new orders for the delay in shipment.

Although the whole MIMMO collection offers a wealth of carefully curated pieces, I have a soft spot for the unique homeware offering especially the ceramics and textiles. My purchase of some beautiful cushions has really given a new lease of life to a drab sofa. It’s even better knowing their heritage and back story - they’re truly unique.

Always get the best customer service with mimmo studios, it’s rare to find these days! I used to pop into the shop when I was passing through and loved talking to the ladies who founded it. They are so knowledgable and have a real passion for the future of retail. Really miss our catch ups but I’m also loving the online experience, it’s my go to shop for gifts! I recently bought a pair of gold earrings as a treat for myself and I wear them everyday. The quality is always so premium. Worth every penny.
