The goods that arrived were very cheap and frankly not worth the money.

I ordered on Friday afternoon and my items were delivered to Belfast first thing on Monday morning. The design and quality of the items is great and their customer service was fab. I will definitely be using again

We just love all the cute modern hair clips, bobbles and accessories. So well made. Ranges from wee tots to older girls . Always reliable and arrive promptly . Customer service the best I’ve come across could teach other companies a thing or two ! Beautiful products

Bought the stick on bunny earrings as an Easter gift and I must say I was disappointed. They are massively overpriced for what you get. The card they were on was flimsy and as soon as you touch them they start pinging off everywhere due to not being sticky enough. Complete waste of money

EDIT: the company reached out to me straight away and provided a FULL refund on both products and postage which was both unexpected and very gratefully received. Great customer service!

Bought the ‘birthday badge/rosette’ and was not happy with the quality of the badge. Tulle was uneven and looked ‘wonky’. I messaged the company and arranged a replacement but they would not refund me for my original postage costs! Very disappointed

Great products and customer service! Quality of products are always amazing. And brilliant customer service. I wanted to upgrade my delivery and Kate was amazing and sorted it out for me straight away!

Amazing Customer Service! Made an error in my order which we needed urgently tomorrow. The team were incredibly responsive and had the issue sorted within a few minutes. Such a breath of fresh air, thank you! My little girl is very excited to get her delivery :)

The quality of the cape I ordered for my niece is amazing and she absolutely loves it. Had a little query and I contacted customer service who were quick to respond and couldn't be anymore helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have had several items from Mimi & Lula and always delighted with my purchases. On one occasion, when there was a problem with my order, the staff were very speedy to rectify the matter and extremely apologetic.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Mimi and Lula not only sell lovely products, this company has a five stars customer service.
My parcel was damage by the Royal Mail and all my items were gone by the time the parcel reached the pick up point. I contacted customer service and even when they were in a busy time, everything was fix quickly and with no issues.

Awful customer service. Ordered in December… still waiting even though the website has clear shipping times (which have nowhere near been met). Also no reply from customer service. Really poor. Cannot comment on quality of item as I don’t know where it is!

Its gorgeous quality stuff. It's pricy (I've seen the sale prices unluckily after I bought my items and the prices were much better) but if im honest I didnt care once it arrived. Its really nice quality and will last my daughter years. We got a few different costumes, fairy wings accessories and wands and they were all stunning.

My one complaint would be they don't do adults

Purchased a gift for my niece's birthday and had an issue with the order. I contacted customer services and received a prompt response. Jennifer was very helpful and the issue was sorted within a day.

I had an issue with an order and it was responded to and the missing scrunchie at my door within 24 hours.

I ordered x2 flying unicorn bags for birthday gifts . When they were delivered they were packaged neatly in pink tissue . Unfortunately the bag at the bottom of the package got pressed and had some indentation marks which did not fade . I emailed customer services to see if I could exchange the item however needed it next day (as it was a gift) the Jennifer D from customer service was so helpful and sent a replacement straight away. This was amazing customer service and the replacement item is perfect .

Beautiful quality cape and hair clips, delivered in nice packaging.

Despite requesting for my order to be delivered on a specific day and having received a confirmation that it had been taken into account, my order was delivered on a different day by Royal Mail and unfortunately the parcel was stolen. While Mimi and Lula can't be held responsible for the failure of Royal Mail, they are responsible for the poor customer service they provided me: I did everything they asked me to including going to my local police station to declare the theft and when Royal Mail still said they delivered the parcel in line with their policy, Mimi and Lula offered no replacement or commercial gesture whatsoever despite numerous requests on my end to receive a replacement. All of this for a £26 order (granted, the items were 50%off) I am truly astonished that they are ok with leaving a little girl utterly disappointed she will not get her hair clips.

Beautiful clothing and a good generous size. My two items came wrapped in Christmas tissue which was a lovely touch. I will definitely be buying more for my little grand daughter as the clothing is beautiful and affordable.

I ordered a gift for my friend's daughter and it was so beautiful - she absolutely loves it. I had a bit of a problem with the order initially, but Jennifer in the customer support team (I think) gave me the best customer support experience I have ever had. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
