Would never recommended!
I used my stroller 3 times and it looked like it was 6 years old. I tried reaching out to Mima several times and a stupid associate keeps on answering and acting silly on me!!! IM FUMING MAD!!! Would never recommend! If I would still be able to dispute the charge I would. THIS IS ALL OUT OF ANGER TO THIS MANIPULATING COMPANY.

Great quality and customer support

We’ve been really impressed with the Mima CREO — it’s incredibly stable, smooth to push, and easy to fold. The build quality feels premium, and it’s been a great companion for both everyday use and travel.

What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. When our stroller was damaged during a flight, the Mima team responded quickly and professionally. Within half a day, they provided an official damage certificate and helped us locate the parts we needed. It gave us real peace of mind — truly excellent service!

Mima is ONLY aesthetically pleasing but NOT practical. I spent over £1000 on this to find the carry cot wasnt very stable, rocked due to being so heavy. The brakes stopped working and I was told to use WD40, something that is 1, harmful chemicals to babies and 2, not what you would expect to hear when paying so much for a ‘luxury’ brand. Pushchair overall is big, heavy and you need a good size boot to fit it in. Customer service is absolutely shocking, theyll respond to poor reviews on here to ‘maintain an image’ but couldn’t give a toss in reality. Would NEVER purchase again

I really loved my Mima stroller that I purchased a few months ago, however Im very disappointed that it got scratched in a few places after I only used it about 4/5 times as my baby was just born!
Now with the scratches all over Im really not happy with it I thoughy it was made of better material

Excellent company and great products

Excellent company! I had a small issue with a product that was out of warranty and they sorted it out for me quickly and very efficiently. This was the second pushchair I had bought from them. Would happily recommend them.

This is our second mima xari that we purchased since we have 2 kids. With the first stroller we haven’t had any issues however we only had it until our first daughter turned 18 months. Second stroller is got a few
Issues with the wheels( they are squeaking pretty bad and are pretty wobbly) and also the release back trigger for the seat does not work properly, it doesnt hold the seat in place. Today i have tried to contact Mima customer service over the phone but no success so i emailed them and explained all this issues hopefully they’ll return to me with a solution. I hope they will get back asap with some good news since the stroller is still under warranty but reading all the bad experiences from different ppl just makes me nervous

Honestly, I have one and I regret buying it. Way too heavy and big a process to open and close. Too much work ended up buying a new stroller

If I could put zero stars I would

If I could put zero stars I would! I had only used the $1600 for one child. I am meticulous with taking care of my purchases. I bring it out to use as I just had my new baby recently and the entire frame and car seat adapter is loose. Very concerning when trusting it to safely hold your baby. It was also extremely squeaky. It really was so loose and unsafe I can’t use it. I sent several videos to customer service only to find out my warranty was not still valid and they suggested I use WD40 on it to help with the squeaking. I was outraged of that suggestion as the chemicals are harmful to children especially a newborn. I could not believe the email. I saved the email and will be contacting whoever I can to let them know about this. A $1600 stroller that was not used often in excellent shape should not do this. Worst purchase I have spent on my gear. I would suggest you stay away, you can get the uppababy or anything else much safer and better customer service a lot cheaper. If anyone would like to see the video feel free to comment. Their suggestion of offering me $100 off a new one was laughable.

RUN--this stroller and the company is no good

RUN! The ONLY good thing about this stroller is it's aesthetically pleasing, otherwise it is a complete waste of $1500+. Super excited for our first child, we wanted only the best for her. I had dreamed of having the perfect stroller, and I thought this was it. Sadly, we were wrong. WHEELS: the front wheels CONSTANTLY lock and do not glide easily. In order to turn the stroller I have to lift the front wheels and use the back ones--bummer. NOISY: the stroller constantly squeaks, which is super frustrating and embarrassing, especially when at doctors visits, you can hear us coming down the hall. SEAT: it locks into place, but rocks slightly back and forth. STORAGE: forget about it, there is none. I honestly should have paid closer attention to that detail before purchasing (so I'll take partial blame). CANOPY: its great on sunny days because it extends enough to pretty much cover my daughter, however it isn't made well and you have to break it in (use it a few times) in order for it to work properly. CUSTOMER SERVICE: so when I started to notice the squeaking and that the wheels were locking, I immediately Googled it and found the US customer service information. I contacted MIMAKIDSUSA via email with my concerns and issues, and received an immediate response. The agent asked me to send proof of purchase and some video footage of my complaints. I sent everything they requested. They then asked that I send the base of the stroller in to be reviewed my a technician--which would ultimately leave me without a stroller in the middle of the summer. I asked if this was normal protocol, and if so, why would they request that I send video footage if they had no intention on resolving the matter. They were pretty persistent and insisted that I send back the stroller. As any parent knows, strollers are essential, especially when your infant is transitioning into the busy stage. No one wants to hold their child during a walk through the park, the mall, the zoo, etc... let alone during the hot summer months. At this point, I am at a standstill and just wishing I would've purchased a different stroller. My sister has a Peg-Perego travel system and it is absolutely amazing. My husband and I spent nearly $1600.00 after taxes on the Mima, and we have a terrible stroller and received $1.00 customer service. Literally treated like trash. I just feel like, with the amount of money spent, we should/should've received impeccable service. The videos I sent, clearly show the issues we are having with the stroller. Unfortunately, we just cannot pour out another $1600.00 on a stroller. I have yet to even receive an apology from MIMA for the issues we are having. My advice, RUN, save your money, do your research, and purchase an actual good stroller.

In regards to the front wheels locking, that is a feature that our Mima has to keep the wheels straight. That is useful for jogging with the stroller keeping it in a straight line.

Unhappy

I can’t say that I’m completely happy with my purchase of the Mima Xari. This stroller is heavy and it squeaks. Spending $1,500 on a stroller to squeak wasn’t my ideal. Mima is only about its looks....my opinion.

Mima Xari

To begin with, I felt the carrycot (bassinet) is leaning too downward where the baby lays their head not sure if this was a defect in my stroller or that’s how the stroller is meant to be not sure. Secondly, the canopy is horrible when opening and closing such an unnecessary hassle that requires two hands. The basket covers get easily bended and take forever to get back to the original condition if they ever get back. Very heavy BULKY carriage. If your looking for a carriage to take anywhere and every where this is definitely not the one for you. Besides all the flaws it has a great appearance which is probably why most people buy it and I like the fact that the chasis is compatable with my nuna pipa car seat (with adapters). Over all, the worst $1500 I ever spent and would most definitely not re purchase in the future. If I seen this stroller in person and not just on Instagram I probably wouldn’t have purchased.

I Love my stroller
