Excellent communication and customer service.
One of the items I had ordered was out of stock and so the order hadn't gone through. I emailed to check and the responses were quick, efficient, friendly and professional.
The jewellery is of excellent quality, beautifully packaged, quick delivery but the excellent communication really makes this company stand out.

Not only is the jewellery beautiful, it’s affordable and the customer service is exceptional. I have worn my necklace to the gym and for swims and so far it hasn’t tarnished. I had a problem with my bracelet and they emailed back straight away and gave me a replacement. Will recommend to everyone.

I have received a few pieces and they have all be lovely. Had one tiny issue with a charm and the customer service team went above and beyond - with a replacement charm sent out immediately and fast tracked to me. I received this in just two days!!

I recently ordered a pair of earrings with the free hoops as well. I had an issue with one of the free hoops being much too difficult to open so I emailed and was very happy with the response. They immediately sent a replacement pair - excellent customer service.

I ordered 2 bracelets and some earrings from the webpage in May this year, and was really happy with the quality and design. When I had an issue one of the earrings a month later, customer services were very quick to respond and make it right which I really appreciated!

I absolutely love the earrings I got but unfortunately one fell out of my ear😭 really sad as I really liked them.

I just wanted to say that these earrings are a game changer!!! I purchased the hoops and they are never taken out. Being a busy mum, gym fanatic, running at every opportunity and a fire fighter I don’t have to ever think about taking them out!! So stylish, go with everything! Amazing

Stunning jewellery and as someone who works within the fitness industry I can say this is one of, if not thee best, brands of tarnish free jewellery I own. I never take it off and it’s kept perfect! I’ve been buying from Milly Grace since 2022 and have ordered three times now. Every experience has been excellent. The jewellery is great quality, stylish, and always beautifully made. I previously bought some cheap stainless steel rings from camden market for around £10 each. I was told they would “never tarnish,” but the gold coating wore off after a few months. I assumed that was because they were cheap, so I thought if I invested in a more expensive brand, the quality would be better.
After constantly seeing Milly Grace’s ads all over YouTube and social media claiming their jewellery is waterproof and “never fades,” I decided to trust the hype and bought two rings. Big mistake!!!! After only about 4 months, the gold started wearing off noticeably, exactly like my cheap rings…
I did wear them in the shower, at the gym, and in the sea, but that is EXACTALY what they advertise and promote everywhere!! That is the whole reason I felt confident to buy them in the first place. These rings cost so much more than my cheap alternatives, but they lasted no longer at all!
I then did some research and found out these “gold stainless steel” rings are just gold plated with a very thin coating. Waterproof or not, the gold WILL wear off eventually because they are not solid gold, especially for rings which go through constant friction and daily wear more than other jewellery.
So how can you advertise your jewellery as “our waterproof gold never fades” when that is clearly not true??!!!! It feels incredibly misleading and dishonest. People are paying premium prices because of these claims!!
Ladies, please do not blindly trust influencer marketing and social media ads!! Do your research before wasting your money!!!!

I’ve been a customer of Millie and Grace for a number of years. They create beautiful pieces of jewellery. Recently I’ve had an issue with one of my pieces, and within minutes (on a Sunday), Aimee responded to my email and rectified my issue.

So beautiful, kill it every single time!! Earrings have never tarnished and I never take them off, even wear them in the shower. My piercings seem to always react badly to earrings, but not once with jewellery from Milly Grace. Excellent quality, gorgeous pieces or jewellery, always my go to for a little treat for myself or a gift for a friend!! Love it!

The Customer Service Team at Milly Grace are quite simply excellent. Having ordered some earrings for my daughter, regrettably her metal allergy is sufficiently severe that she couldn't tolerate the Milly Grace earrings at all. As soon as I made Milly Grace aware, the Customer Service Team responded quickly, professionally and exceptionally politely. There was absolutely no fuss at all for which I am extremely grateful and very impressed by. Thank you, you deserve every success.

Was bought some beautiful earrings with charms for my birthday. The clasp on the Huggies kept opening and so less than two months in a charm has been lost. Not what you expect from quality jewellery - such a shame because they are beautiful but loss is not covered under the warranty even though the clasp is clearly faulty!

Fantastic experience and customer service at Milly Grace! The Royal Mail lost my parcel after taking it back to the depot and they’ve immediately sent a replacement out and given me a £15 voucher for the inconvenience (when it wasn’t their fault). Thanks so much Aimee! 💘
