KA3 miner
I pre-ordered the KA3 right after the news about it came out in October, 2022. Contacted millionminer.com via its official Whatsapp and paid my deposit. Long story short, Bitmain was late with their delivery, and only end of January 2023, my miners were available. millionminer.com was available throughout the ordeal and helped me solve all the logistical problems of getting the miners into my hands. My experience has earned them my trust. I will do business with them again.
Having said that, there are things that they could do better: their response time via Whatsapp. It's much slower than the live chat on their web site. However, the advantage of chat history, and the ability to call them via Whatsapp offset the faster response time of the website.
Another thing is their email responses. It took them a long time to confirm my order via email. I understand that it was a pre-order, so they had to wait for confirmation from their supplier. But they were also slow with confirming my payment. For a while, I have to admit, it was unnerving to not have a "payment received" email confirmation.

Let Us explain the whole situation:
The Volatile Market
Since crypto is a volatile market, prices of miners are changing daily (if not multiple times daily).
Since your purchased antminer ka3 is a brandnew released miner there is no stock market, we do work with asic miner manufacturers,
such a Bitmain and other brands. This means that we need to have access to the funds on order to lock the price of a brand new released miner in time (as there is no stock)
A miner's price can change from 9000$ to 12000$ in matter of days, specially when KDA jumps 20% price in those days. As the miner's price is related to the profitability.
That's not something from us, thats how the manufacturers change their prices,
We do work with the same % of profit on each miners, so we adjust according to the manufacturer's quote, which they change, once profit rises.
Chinese Holiday
Your order has been created during the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year).
This means in those 15 day time period, no banks open, no manufacturers open,
You cannot place/order/ship units with Chinese Asic Brands.
(whoever is around in the crypto space for a while now, knows this)
We had a Chinese Bank Account in that time (we have had this for a while now)
Any payments sent to this account took roughly 2-4 days to arrive.
So even if you say you sent the money on that day, it took 3-4 physical days to actually
get settled into the new account. In your case it took 3 days (just to clarify this). Thats why its always better to pay in USDT / crypto to make sure the miner price can be locked in time.
Bank situation:
Now, meanwhile this happened, we had a little crypto upside, price rise,
and sourcing these miners became more expensive, and our prices in our webshop changed
(as they do daily or even hourly, thats why we always remind to double check with us your current outstanding bill - if pay by bank)
In regards of this news we notified you along with a possible solutiond
(the solution was Us offering your the miner on the 9900€, meaning the outstanding
balance of 1500$ (or more) we were willing to pay out from our packet,
as we do understand this situation that you got in. You kindly refused this option. Also we offered you to give you the miner for 8.000€, which means we would take hugh loss in order to make things right. As a compensation.
Sourcing Delay:
If all of the above would not be enough, Bitmain has delayed the shipments of KA3 towards Us,
(and most other resellers as well) so we were adding delay on top of our bad situation,
because we were waiting for the manufacturer to send the units to Us. That bitmain delays shipment of miners, its nothing new. Its just affect our reputation
How we move forward to make things better and improve:
We created a Business Bank Account in UAE, so at this moment
any orders that made via bank transfer does arrive within 4-6 hours
(instead of 3-4 days). So now, we are able to receive funds more faster, as we always want to become a better company and get a better structure.
We did manage to recover all the funds, and offered to pay everyone's KA3 and K7 order out of our pocket,
and sent out the units to the customers as soon as we got them from Bitmain.
We do understand that your situation did not got better from this,
but as MillionMiner's marketing agent, my responsibility to explain what mess we got in,
and how did we manage to get up and continue.
My apologies for the inconvenience this situation caused for you and all similar customers.

I was reluctant about buying at Million Miner, because there aren't a lot of reviews...
I saw some bad reviews here at Trustpilot, but... All the 1-star reviews I saw were from people who only made 1 review in Trustpilot...
And the good reviews are made by people who have reviewed other businesses, so I ended up buying an A11.
The communication was great. All according to described in the website.
We had an issue with customs... And we kept talking daily.
I'll certainly buy again and again from Million Miners.
PS. One thing that wasn't clear to me was that I thought that we would receive a power cable to turn on the Asic, and we didn't. So if you buy an Asic, get a power cable before it arrives!
