I ORDERED MORE THAN 300 EUROS OF CLOTHING, OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS CHINESE FABRIC AND CLOTHES AT ALL, BUT IT WAS WRITTEN FROM HOLLAND... NOW IF YOU GO TO THE SITE THERE IS NO INFORMATION WHERE THE CLOTHING ITEMS COME FROM. I GOT A BAG AT SHEIN LEVELS WITH ALL CHINESE LABELS NOT EVEN SIGNED MILIONGLAM. POOR QUALITY FOR AN ABSURD PRICE. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ANYMORE! CHINESE SERIES!

It is a scam!!!!!! The fabrics are terrible and you can not contact them! There is no way you can talk to them. Be careful! I tried to send a message but it does not allow you to send it. They do not explain any return policy and it is mandatory by law.

I believe it's a web-scam: my mother has ordered some clothes for my baby and, while on the website it is written that the delivery takes 12-15 days, the clothes arrived 1 month and a half after the payment. They claim that their clothes are realized in cotton but I translated the chinese label and I discovered that the material is polyester/acrylic. Finally, I've never received some articles.

Declared value: Don't write the actual purchase price when you are asked to fill in the value of an item when sending a package, must be less than 7 EUR of one parcel，because it ensures that you will not be charged additional tax by the post office.

I requested a refund of my money and return the goods, to which they answered that they could only provide a voucher or send me a new suit. I agreed to a new suit, I thought there would be a free return of the old suit. But they send me that I must return this cheap suit at my own expense to China, where shipping is expensive from Belgium. And fulfill a bunch of conditions, prove that the product is not worth the money, wait until it reaches China, then wait for this new suit !Why doesn’t anyone report them to the police! This is a blatant scam! They are deceiving people!

I placed the order on 03.02.2024
The terms and conditions on the website mention 10-12 days deliver to Europe,
On 17.02.2024 I contacted the shop asking for my purchase,
The answer was:
“ Hello Tamara,
because of the high demand your package will take a bit longer than usually.
We are sorry about that!”
On 21.04.2024:
“sometimes there are unexpected conditions that all companys have to deal with.
Thats why we told you it will arrive later than usually.
We can refund your shipping fees”

Today is 29.02.2024 and parcel tracking shows that the package is still in China…
I absolutely hate shopping with these guys and recommended to avoid.
They also refuse to provide me with a return label.

Took our money - no delivery, no information.....SCAM WEBSITE.....do not trust this company!

DON'T BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE!
item i received not in line with the online presentation (it looked like used, with a stan on the fabric and with bad sewing).
I am in contact with their customer service: they don't reimburse neither able to find a solution. still waiting for a response from them. I will probably raise a claim to local authorities for online scam if they can't solve the issue quickly

I don't have a positive word to say about this. The baby clothes were delivered incomplete. The sizes are not correct and the quality of the fabrics is really substandard while there is also a strong chemical smell present in their clothing. They refuse to accept my return; which is outrageous. Never order from this website! I unfortunately did not read the previous reviews before ordering.
