I bought a dress from Millie’s boutique. It looked beautiful, a cool chambray fabric with quite heavy cream embroidery round the bottom and on the sleeves. What arrived was a shiny, polyester, stretchy dress with a print of the embroidery on it. Nothing like what was advertised. Lesson learned!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The quality is very poor and after sales service is shocking. Do NOT order from them, returns are not available so money is lost

Marketed to look like a UK-based business and website - but that's just a front for a Chinese warehouse shipper.
Cheap, poor-quality items that are absolutely nothing like the (AI?) images on the website. Returns policy is a scam. You have to pay postage back to China, which is more than the value of the goods.AVOID!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! purchased 2 dresses what was thought to be embroidered, they are printed and photos made to look like they are embroidered. The material is cheap really not worth £40 or even £31 with the advertised discount. Made to look like a business in London but in fact its in China. Postage label states London address BUT they want you to return them to china for a refund. Absolute Scammers. want £20 + for return or they will only refund 50%. the dresses are worser quality than what you get off shein or temu. Stay away and file a chargeback with the bank. we need to get this business closed down. Trading standards contacted too.

The items received are cheap in every way. Cut , colour, material. Absoloutly nothing like the beautiful photos. I am starting the process of asking for a refund but they are already putting up barriers. I am so mad with myself for been drawn into this fake scam *boutique*

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Ordered what looked to be a really pretty dress. When it came it was dreadful. Made from really cheap shinny material. Contacted customer services for a refund straight away. Customers have to pay to ship back and cost more than the dress. Said I could buy something else at the same price in exchange!! Terrible company.

I wish Trustpilot accepted a zero star rating. Totally crap dresses. Bought the Rebecca dress. Does it look cotton or linen on the picture - yes. Does it look embroidered - yes. Is it like that in real life - absolutely not. It’s polyester, it’s printed and it’s pretty disgusting. And trying to return! Don’t get me started. I’ve been asked to keep the items, and I could have a 20%discount but still pay £20 to return. I said no thanks but you could give me the £12 your offering as a discount off my order off the postage. How about 40% off they said! And the return cost excuse is that I need to return abroad. There’s a return London address on the delivery label. But if I return it there I won’t get any refund I’m told. Total scam. I refuse to keep the items - they’d only be used as rags!
UPDATE - by constantly asking for a return address they have given me a 70% refund not to send the items back and it’s worked out cheaper than sending back to China. Worst company ever

SCAM SHOP!! WASTED over £60! They ship from China the quality is worse than shein! DO NOT BUY! They charge a £25 refund shipping cost! They use AI images and have completely fake reviews within the site itself!

Millie’s Boutique London is a FAKE website that engages you with a family background story and beautiful looking clothes at reduced prices for legitimate reasons. What eventually arrives (and I’m surprised something even did) bears no resemblance to the website pictures of what you think you’ve bought. It’s a VERY cheap alternative sent from China not London! Don’t be taken in by these scammers! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and ABUSE OF TRUST!
