Gorgeous personalised cardigan
We had the most gorgeous personalised cardigan which only took a couple of days to be ready for collection. Very good service and greeted by a friendly team when we collected. Will definitely be ordering more as little man grows.

Really disappointing
Pre ordered in February for June delayed delivery which was all agreed to and pre paid. The company failed to ship my order on time without any explanation. I had to email to ask why my bundle hadn’t been shipped and their response was “we will ship them when we receive them” without offering a date or estimated time frame. The reason being that my items were now out of stock. The team were unsympathetic and wouldn’t accept any responsibility.
I had to email multiple times to get an estimated delivery date. This is disappointing and has put me off ordering in future.
