Very odd experience.
I bought mid June a small rucksack, socks and a singlet from Millet. I got a receipt on mail from a totally different company called Kezivo. Normally an order is send a few days after the purchase, but haven't got any notice of the shipping yet. I've send a mail to the company three times, but no answer yet.
I'm living in the hope.
I have a rain cape from them. I took it on a hike. It rained. The cape was not waterproof. I got drenched.
They sell defective product for a high price and do not support their customers.
bad quality (seams come loose)
I bought a sleeping bag, and the seams come loose, after just a few nights the first month after I bought it. The 'Trekinn' shop in Portugal, doesn't replace my sleeping bag. They say I need to send it to Millet, and Millet could charge me with the shippingcosts, which are more than my sleepingbag...
Next time I buy REAL quality... ((that's what I thought of Millet :-( )
