I ordered 3 warming mats directly from the company because it said I would have them by Christmas. I contacted them. They said sorry, we will check. I did not hear from them. Tried two more times - only "Sorry, we will check". Finally, they said they were lost and they would refund my money. That was 6 days ago. I have not received a refund. This site will not let me do less than one star. Stay away from this company.

Warming mat arrived one week late… and it was some yellowish/ cream color, not the WHITE color that I ordered! Customer service expected me to cover return charges for their mistake! Will never use this company again! Buyer beware!!

Tried to cancel and was not allowed..
Promised a full refund then found out extras charges would be assessed...
I have tried to be patient and reasonable with Lauren who is the person who had been answering email communications as their phone is out of service.

She is now radio silent.

I will do as Ryan has done, dispute the charge.

Used it for Thanksgiving and Christmas - so easy to set up, clean, and put away. Kept everything just the right temperature.

It’s great. This is my third one. Now resolve the issue with my daughter’s & we will be fine

This product is portable and easily fits in with just about any serving surface. The heat is reliable and safe on any surface.

Worst ever internet shopping experience! Ordered and they said it was in stock and shipping was 2-5 days via USPS Priority Mail. After more than a week of waiting for shipping updates I had to contact them via email and I was told it was backordered and is shipping direct from the manufacturer. That's when I found it was coming from Mainland China and was delayed even more in shipping. I requested an order cancelation and was declined that because they said it had already shipped even though it hadn't according to the shipping data. Attempting a refund now but they keep saying they can't refund if it's been used and I keep telling them the package that was finally received was never even opened and it's exactly as received by their "manufacturer". What a mess! NNever but from this company, it's a total scam across the board.

Claimed my product was shipping USPS with 2-5 day delivery. It has been 20 days and still says it is out for delivery. Customer service is a joke. The site is a scam. Disputed with my credit card and they refunded in minutes.

Complete scam. Credit card company credited my purchase within minutes of me filing the claim. No supporting documentation needed. Do not buy from this company.

Customer service is horrid, constant messages about "It's on the way, due to holiday shipping etc." it's more than likely a scam. They refuse to cancel the order or refund. Thank god for credit card protection.

Orderes 11-27-25 2 warming pads, 2 bags on sale from facebook adds. Researched this address out of NC USA and thought it was a good and ok deal. Paid by Shop. Never again I'll order from an ad on Facebook again. This was a scam and now shipping from China. I called my credit card to dispute the 211.00 charge. I emailed the company immediately, and it appears I got an email back stating they would update me the full step of the way. There were no foreign charges so that should tell me. Now I see shipping from China. I'm calling it a Scam.

Thankfully my credit card has fraud protection.
Stay away from Facebook Adds. Shop directly from Amazon next time where it's fulfilled by amazon and they stand behind their process.

This company is a big scam! The product is not what you expected, made in China with very low quality! Don't trust this company, ever!

Scam. Can’t reach them. Didn’t deliver goods. Calling my bank to dispute

The site is a fraud. Don't order , you will never receive the products and you will never receive a refund. BIG SCAM. THIS SITE IS DECEIVING CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED OR TAKEN DOWN TO PREVENT FURTHER HARM.

Also experienced the same issues as other one star reviewers. Was given a tracking number that appeared to ship, but was then marked delivered with no delivery. But delayed with “look into a refund” for me. It’s been 3.5 weeks since I first contacted them about the missing delivery with no resolution. Even paid for shipping insurance. Will be disputing charge on credit card. ADDENDUM: after multiple emails back and forth it appears they are actually refunding my money. No item received and long drawn out process for refund. Still don’t recommend purchasing from them but not deserving of a 1 star anymore. ;)

Scam. Fake tracking number. Going to have to file fraud. ordered 44 days ago.

This site is a scam used to sell goods via Social Media ads; they use 17Track.net to say the goods shipped but never arrived. Their customer service asks you to email them to follow up but never replies. They are the same email messages as Lifeinbox.co which you can see the very low reviews of that site. Do NOT buy from this site, avoid at ALL cost.
