Millenicom Will Make You Pay The Bills Although They Do Not Solve The Internet Failure
There was an internet failure a month ago, Millenicom sent us the Türk Telekom technical service team, they said 'there is internet in the line, but there is a problem with the router, Millenicom should change the router'.
When I called the company, they sent an electrician to us, the electrician said 'there is no problem with the router, but there is a problem with the portal, because there is no DSL signal'. When I called the company again, the Türk Telekom team came again and showed me that they had internet with their internet test device and said, 'Millenicom is lying to not change the modem'.
I called Millenicom a lot for them to replace the modem, but they denied the fault, when I said 'I'm recording the call', they said 'OK, we'll send you another router'.
When I said, 'Only the PTT comes here because this is a village', they said, 'Don't worry, UPS will bring the router to your door. But when the modem came to the UPS branch, UPS called me and said that I had to pick it up from the branch. I will pay 400 TL to go to the branch, should I pay money because Millenicom do not force UPS to bring the router into my door when they have an agreement with UPS? Also, since I don't have internet, I have paid 300 TL so far because I use internet from my phone, will Millenicom encounter it?
I have been calling Millenicom for two weeks, but they always lie, they say “The router will be brought to your house', I called them today, they said 'you will get it from the branch'.
Due to the lies Millenicom has told, I have not had internet since the 12th day of May, but they will make me pay their May and June bills in full. In addition, even though the modem still has not been brought to me, the modem cost of 70 TL will be reflected on the invoice.
Do not buy internet service from Millenicom, this company has nothing good, its service is bad, its officers are liars and do not give anyone any right.
