I sent for a wireless contour bra from this Company in September 2020 after numerous emails to them concerning my order their reply’s were always saying it was on its way, I never received it. As far I am concerned they are not a good company to deal with, I lost my money for the item. I even tried to tract the parcel with the China post tracking number and was always sent to a page with an error. Not a good company to deal with.

Waited 125 days for my 2 sets of 3 - 3D wireless bras.
Received 1 bra only - not 1 set, just 1 bra. Wrong size & style too. Scam artists - I would not recommend them to anyone, no would I ever buy from them again.

Ordered a wireless bra almost 5 months ago. paid with pay pay. never got the bra, pay pal of no use.
can't get service on email.

I ordered some lipsticks from then, which i received. Then I made an order for over $130 back in July, and never received it. I've emailed them the order and tracking number twice, and haven't heard anything. Does anyone have a phone number to contact them? This has really upset me.

Order some lipstick from the site and never received it. I thought it was legit since it was on Instagram but it's not. I emailed and emailed them and they kept saying that because of COVID there was a delay in shipping. It's been a year and still no product!

I sent two orders to them for 4 bras colour pink and beige but when they arrived it was 4 white ones size xxxl and xxxxl I’m a medium I complained and they asked for photos which I sent they said it was their error and would resend correct order, to date never received asked for refund which they agreed heard nothing now when I try to email them their email address does not work so out of pocket at lot. Don’t use this company bogus.

I bought 5D Wireless Contour Bra on August 2020 and until now, I have not received my order (Jan., 2021)
They sent me an email explaining that the logistic company was delayed with shipments due to the pandemic.
When I tried to reply them (several times), their recipient server did not accept my request to connect.
So, I do believe this company is a SCAM.
I lost my money and I want to share my bad experience to prevent someone else from losing their money.

Total fraud. Took my money and never delivered the goods. Still waiting 4 months later.
PayPal are to no help at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM!

DO NOT BUY from this conpany. You will lose your money. Placed order for bras 30 September 2020. Emailed them a few times as nothing was received. They blame the pandemic for delivery. Up to know have not received anything. Last email came back undelivered. Scam!!!!

I also ordered a set of 3 bras from these people. After 4 weeks I got 1 sports bra. Wrong color, wrong size, wrong order. I sent them a photo as requested and they said they would resend as "compensation" for wrong order. After waiting another 5 weeks and 12 e mails still no delivery. Always saying it was due to the pandemic. Eventually they said I had to send wrong product back to get my money back. Once I said I would do this they blocked any more e mails from me. They are just a bunch of scammers.

This company is a fraud! I ordered products August 5th 2020. Nothing received yet, The company blames the pandemic situation that shipment is not yet received. 4 months Shipment? Never. They are not to be trusted. And I have twice asked for money back, but they refuse. For a shipment not received - this is a disaster!
I have had other shipments from same country. It took about 4-5 weeks shipment within this pandemic situation. Not 4 months!
Be aware!

After seeing many adverts on Instagram from this company, i stupidly fell for ordering one of their bras, i thought i’d risk it as they weren’t too expensive and i couldn’t find any bad reviews for them....how stupid was i? Clearly another company shipping from China, so it took a couple of months for the item to arrive only to find that they had sent the wrong one...wrong bra wrong colour. I emailed them and sent a photo and although they initially responded saying they would look into it and contact the warehouse, i never heard back. I won’t be wearing the bra as it is completely useless and gives no support....buy at your own risk!
