Wrong size
Ordered a size 11 boots and size 11 insoles..
when they arrived boots to big plus the size 11 insoles to small. so looked on labels the boots said size 12.. I emailed to explained, after ages got email saying they WERE US 12 so UK 11..i explained again they are to big and size 11 insoles to small so that's telling me they are a 12..they just made excuses.. You'd think theyd have just said I could return them. But no.. Very dissapointing treatment.very unhelpful. Waste time and money... Order number GB26071360578.
