Where are they in Australia?

Where are they in Australia? I sent returning emails and they don't reply to me
Why? ,But they still want their money back when you have cancelled your subscription trial and i didn't like it at all...
As I did a 3 day (@ $5.00) trial less than 1hr $59.90 was taken out of my bank account without me knowing "Bloody Hell" !! I called my bank and they've put a block on it and I was refunded back!
Now they are going to take out a Judicial dunning out on me when I have already confirmed and cancelled this site! Also they spam mail me, But when i get to their customer service site no reply at all!.Now that i have changed & updated my banking criteria all is good for now?
