Profiting off Toll Fees
Good rate but surprise taxes and fees added to rental at the counter. The toll tag add on was extra plus the toll fees. Car rental companies profiting off toll charges should be illegal. There is no other alternative, you can't pay cash and some roads require a toll tag such as going into Key Biscayne. $15 for the privilege of using toll roads, per day, on top of the toll cost and the administration fee of toll by plate. The total cost of toll tag was 1/2 the cost of the total car rental cost of 3 days! Not entirely Miles car fault but they have a louder voice to put an end to this.

We’re sorry for any confusion caused by the toll system. We understand that tolls work differently in each country. This service cannot be added in advance through our website; however, at the counter, you have the option to choose an unlimited toll package or use the "SunPass" system.
Please note that each rental company has its own policies and pricing, and in this case, tolls cannot be paid in cash.
We appreciate your understanding and remain available for any further questions you may have.

NO hidden costs, FULLY COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE in many instances including an excellent TPL.
My only comment it would be that they should add the information related to eToll Pass as it varies SIGNIFICANTLY by Rental Company.
